[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was ordered to prostrate on seven parts, and he was forbidden from covering his hair or his clothes on the two palms, the two knees, the two feet, and the forehead. This is mentioned in the hadith of Abu Rabi'ah and in the hadith of Al-Abbas.

[Machine] "He was in a council with his father, and he was one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ. Abu Hurairah, Abu Usaid, and Abu Humaid Al-Sa'idi were also in the council. They were discussing prayer, so Abu Humaid said, "I will show you how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed." They asked, "How?" He said, "I learned it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." They said, "Show us." So he got up to pray, and they watched him. He started by saying the takbeer, then he raised his hands towards his shoulders and repeated the takbeer for bowing. He raised his hands again until his hands were level with his knees, without covering his head or pointing with his fingers. Then he raised his head and said, "Allah listens to the one who praises Him. Our Lord, to You belongs all praise!" He raised his hands again, then said, "Allah is the Greatest," and prostrated, placing his forehead, knees, and feet on the ground. He remained in prostration for a while, then raised his head and said the takbeer. He sat down and placed one foot under him, and extended the other foot. Then he said the takbeer, prostrated again, and said the takbeer. This means he stood up without sitting in between the two prostrations. Then he repeated the same for the second unit of prayer. After the two units, he sat down and when he wanted to get up for the final standing, he said the takbeer and performed another two units of prayer. Then he concluded the prayer by saying the salaam on his right and left sides, saying, "Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah." He said, "Ibn 'Isa also reported to me that one of the things he mentioned about sitting in the tashahhud is to place the left hand on the left thigh and the right hand on the right thigh, then to point with one finger and make supplication like this."

[Machine] I was in a gathering with the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and they were discussing his prayer. Abu Humaid As-Sa'idi said, "I know the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ better than any of you. It was my habit to observe the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he stood up for prayer. He would say the takbir, then recite (the Quran). When he bowed, he would say the takbir and place his hands on his knees, separating his fingers. Then he would straighten up his back, not keeping his head bowed nor looking up. When he raised his head, he would stand straight until all his bones returned to their positions. When he prostrated, he would rest on his palms, knees, and the tips of his toes, and he would be at peace while prostrating. When he raised his head, he would be at peace while sitting. When he sat between the two prostrations, he would put his left foot under his buttocks and keep his right foot erect. When he sat in the fourth Rak'ah, he put his left hip on the ground and positioned his feet to one side. Shaikh (Ibn Bazz) said, "In a narration from Abbas bin Sahl from Abu Humaid in this Hadith, he put his hands, knees, and the tips of his toes on the ground when prostrating."

This was narrated by Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah from Ayyub, who said, "He raised them." It was also narrated by Hammad ibn Zaid from Ayyub, who said, "He raised them." And it was narrated by Ibn Abi Layla from Nafi', who said, "He raised (them)."
