[Machine] We used to perform the Prophet's ﷺ Qiyam (standing) in the noon prayer, in the first two units, equivalent to the recitation of thirty verses, the length of the Surah An-Najm. And in the last two units, we would recite half of that. We also used to perform his Qiyam in the first two units of the afternoon prayer, equivalent to the length of the last two units of the noon prayer, and in the last two units of the afternoon prayer, equivalent to half of that.  

كُنَّا نُحْرِزُ قِيَامَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الظُّهْرِ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ قَدْرَ قِرَاءَةِ ثَلَاثِينَ آيَةً قَدْرَ قِرَاءَةِ الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةِ وَفِي الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ عَلَى نِصْفٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَحَرَزْنَا قِيَامَهُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْأُخْرَيَيْنِ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
