[Machine] "We took part in the marriage procession of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we did not awaken until the sun rose. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said for each man to take hold of his mount, as this is the place where the devil comes to. He then called for water and performed ablution, then prostrated twice. Then the morning prayer was established and he performed the dawn prayer."  

عَرَّسْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ نَسْتَيْقِظْ حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ بِرَأْسِ رَاحِلَتِهِ فَإِنَّ هَذَا مَنْزِلٌ حَضَرَنَا الشَّيْطَانُ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِالْمَاءِ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَصَلَّى الْغَدَاةَ  

[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever does not pray the two units of the morning prayer (Fajr), then let him pray them when the sun rises. And it was narrated by Abu Abdullah, on the authority of Abu Zakariyya Yahya ibn Muhammad al-Anbari, on the authority of Ibrahim ibn Abi Talib, on the authority of Abu Badr Abbad ibn al-Walid al-Ghubari, on the authority of Amr ibn Asim, who mentioned it with a similar chain of narration, except that he said on the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , 'Whoever does not pray the two units of the dawn prayer (Fajr) until the sun rises, then let him pray them.' This was mentioned specifically by Amr ibn Asim, and Allah knows best. And Amr ibn Asim is trustworthy."  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيِ الْغَدَاةِ فَلْيُصَلِّ إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ 4555 وَأنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا أَبُو بَدْرٍ عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْغُبَرِيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِ إِسْنَادِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَلْيُصَلِّهِمَا تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ وَاللهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثِقَةٌ  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He who misses him daily round of recital or part of it due to sleep and he recites it between the dawn and the noon prayers, will be reckoned as if he recited it at night. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1313)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ حِزْبِهِ أَوْ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ فَقَرَأَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَصَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ كُتِبَ لَهُ كَأَنَّمَا قَرَأَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ  

[Machine] Whoever misses praying his night prayer and reads it when the sun rises until the time of Dhuhr prayer, it is as if he did not miss it, or as if he caught up with it. This was informed by Abu Al-Hasan Ibn Al-Fadl, who was informed by Abdullah Ibn Ja'far, who was informed by Ya'qub Ibn Sufyan, who was informed by Ibn Qa'nab and Ibn Bukayr, from Malik, who mentioned it as a statement.  

مَنْ فَاتَهُ حِزْبُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَقَرَأَهُ حِينَ تَزُولُ الشَّمْسُ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ فَكَأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَفُتْهُ أَوْ كَأَنَّهُ أَدْرَكَهُ أَنْبَأَهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا ابْنُ قَعْنَبٍ وَابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ مَوْقُوفًا  

[Machine] Indeed, I did not pray the two units of the dawn prayer.  

إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُ رَكْعَتَيِ الْغَدَاةِ  

The Prophet ﷺ permitted the people who provided the pilgrims with water to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1743)
