[Machine] In the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he finished his prayer, the women would get up and leave. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would remain seated and the men behind him would also stand up when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up.  

كُنَّ النِّسَاءُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ قُمْنَ وَثَبَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَنْ خَلْفَهُ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ فَإِذَا قَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَامَ الرِّجَالُ  

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ encouraged them to pray and forbade them from leaving before he finished the prayer. This is a summary of the narration from Ali ibn Musahir, from Al-Mukhtar ibn Fulfal, from Anas about the prohibition of the follower surpassing the Imam in bowing, prostrating, standing, and leaving. It is possible that "leaving" here refers to leaving the prayer with the tasleem, but it is also possible that it refers to something else. Allah knows best. And we have also been narrated from Abdullah ibn Mas'ood that he said, "The key to prayer is the Takbeer and its completion is the Tasleem. So stand, if you wish, after the Imam has said the tasleem."  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَضَّهُمْ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَنَهَاهُمْ أَنْ يَنْصَرِفُوا قَبْلَ انْصِرَافِهِ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ وَهَذَا مُخْتَصَرٌ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ الثَّابِتِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الْمُخْتَارِ بْنِ فُلْفُلٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ فِي النَّهْيِ عَنْ سَبْقِ الْمَأْمُومِ الْإِمَامَ بِالرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ وَالْقِيَامِ وَالِانْصِرَافِ وَيُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَرَادَ بِالِانْصِرَافِ الْخُرُوجَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ بِالسَّلَامِ وَيُحْتَمَلُ غَيْرُهُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مِفْتَاحُ الصَّلَاةِ التَّكْبِيرُ وَانْقِضَاؤُهَا التَّسْلِيمُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ الْإِمَامُ فَقُمْ إِنْ شِئْتَ
