Author’s intent for this book was for it to be a collection of narrations with conditions of authenticity based on Bukhārī and Muslim. Full name: al-Mustadrak ʿalá al-Ṣaḥīḥayn (المستدرك على الصحيحين) (Addendum of the Two Authentic Books). Sources: Shamela Book# 2266 for the Arabic text with authentication by Imām Dhahabī. The English translation is being added by myself and other contributors.

الحاكم:١٩٨٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزِّبْرِقَانِ ثنا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ الْأَنْمَارِيِّ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَاخْسَأْ شَيْطَانِي وَفُكَّ رِهَانِي وَثَقِّلْ مِيزَانِي وَاجْعَلْنِي فِي النَّدَى الْأَعْلَى»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
