[Machine] "While I was throwing arrows, the sun appeared, so I abandoned them and went towards the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . I reached him while he was standing, raising his hands, glorifying, magnifying, praising his Lord, and supplicating until it got clear. He then recited two surahs in two units of prayer."

[Machine] "The sun set during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up and prolonged his standing until it was said he would not prostrate. Then he prostrated and prolonged his prostration until it was said he would not raise his head. Then he raised his head and prolonged his standing until it was said he would not bow. Then he bowed and prolonged his bow until it was said he would not raise his head. Then he raised his head and prolonged his standing until it was said he would not prostrate." And the rest of the narration mentions the Hadith of Al-Thawri narrated by Ya'la bin 'Ata', which is a strange, authentic Hadith. "So the two sheikhs have provided evidence with Mu'ammal ibn Isma'il, but they did not exclude it. As for 'Ata' bin Al-Sa'ib, they did not exclude it."

[Machine] Sumurah, while I was a young boy from the Ansar, we were throwing objects for ourselves during the time of the Prophet ﷺ. When the sun reached the height of two or three lances above the horizon, it became darkened and shone like a firefly. One of us said to his companion, "Let's go to the mosque, and I swear by Allah that this matter of the sun will be mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in his Ummah." So we went to the mosque, and we found the Messenger of Allah ﷺ standing among the people. He came forward and led us in prayer, the longest prayer he ever prayed with us, in which we could not even hear his voice. Then he performed ruku (bowing) with us, the longest ruku he ever performed with us, in which we could not hear his voice. Then he performed sujud (prostration) with us, the longest sujud he ever performed with us, in which we could not hear his voice. Then he did the same in the second raka'ah, and when the sun reappeared during the second raka'ah, he sat down. Then he said, "O people, indeed I am only a human being and the Messenger of Allah. But I remind you of Allah, if you know that I have not conveyed any of the messages of my Lord, which you informed me of, until I convey them as they should be conveyed. And if you know that I have conveyed the messages of my Lord, which you informed me of." Then the people stood up and said, "We bear witness that you have conveyed the messages of your Lord and advised your Ummah, and you have fulfilled what is upon you." Then they fell silent, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for what follows, there are men who claim that the eclipse of this sun, the eclipse of this moon, and the disappearance of these stars from their stations cause the death of great men from the people of the earth. Indeed, they are liars, but they are signs from the signs of Allah by which He tests His servants. Let the one among them who will repent come forward." By Allah, since I started praying, I have not met any of you in your current worldly and hereafter conditions. And by Allah, the Hour will not be established until thirty liars will appear, the last of them being the lame Dajjal. He will have a deformed eye like the eye of Abi Yahya, a sheikh from the Ansar. And when he appears, he will claim that he is Allah. Whoever believes in him, verifies his claim, and follows him, then none of his past deeds will benefit him. And whoever denies him and rejects him, then none of his past deeds will harm him. Indeed, he will appear on the entire earth except for the Haram and Bayt al-Maqdis. And indeed, he will besiege the believers in Bayt al-Maqdis, and they will shake violently. Then Jesus, the son of Mary, will descend among them, and Allah will defeat him and his soldiers, to the extent that the black stone will call out, "O believer! This is a disbeliever hiding behind me, so come and kill him." He said, "But that will not happen until you see matters becoming widespread and severe. You will ask each other, 'Did your Prophet ﷺ mention anything about this?' And until mountains move from their places and continue to move until the seizing (of souls) comes. He pointed with his hand, and he said, "Then he delivered another sermon, in which he mentioned what he mentioned before and did not delay it or precede it."

[Machine] Indeed, the sun eclipsed on the day Ibrahim, the son of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, passed away. The people thought that it had eclipsed due to his death. Then the Prophet ﷺ stood up and said, "O people, indeed the sun and the moon are two signs from the signs of Allah. They do not eclipse due to the death or life of anyone. So, when you witness this, stand up for prayer, remember Allah, supplicate, and give in charity."

That there was an eclipse of the sun and the Prophet of Allah ﷺ prayed two rak'ahs until it ended. Then he said: "The sun and the moon do not become eclipsed for the death of anyone, but they are two of His creations. Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, causes whatever He wants to happen in His creation. If Allah (SWT), the Mighty and Sublime, manifests Himself to any of His creation, it humbles itself before Him, so if either of them (solar or lunar eclipse) happens, pray until it is over or until Allah causes something to happen." There was an eclipse of the sun in the time of the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet stood for a long time, accompanied by the people. He then bowed, then raised his head, then he bowed and then he raised his head, and again he bowed and prayed two rak'ahs of prayer. In each rak'ah he bowed three times. After bowing for the third time he prostrated himself. He stood for such a long time that some people became unconscious on that occasion and buckets of water had to be poured on them. When he bowed, he said, Allah is most great; and when he raised his head, he said, Allah listens to him who praises Him, till the sun became bright. then he said: The sun and the moon are not eclipsed on account of anyone's death or on account of anyone's birth, but they are two of Allah's signs, He produces dread in His servants by means of them. When they are eclipsed, hasten to prayer (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1177)

He prayed two rak'ahs and stood for a long time in them. He then departed and the sun became bright. There was an eclipse of the sun in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out and led the people in prayer. he stood up and I guessed that he recited Surah al-Baqarah. The narrator then further transmitted the tradition. He (the Prophet) then prostrated himself twice, and then stood up and prolonged the recitation. then I guessed his recitation and knew that he recited Surah Al-i-Imran.
