[Machine] "And Ma'n ibn Adi ibn al-Jadd ibn al-'Ajlan al-Haleef, from the Banu 'Amr ibn 'Awf, witnessed the 'Aqaba pledge, and witnessed the battles of Badr, Uhud, and the Trench, and witnessed the scenes of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he was martyred on the day of Yamamah during the caliphate of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq."  

«وَمَعْنُ بْنُ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْجَدِّ بْنِ الْعَجْلَانِ حَلِيفُ بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ شَهِدَ الْعَقَبَةَ وَشَهِدَ بَدْرًا وَأُحُدًا وَالْخَنْدَقَ وَمَشَاهِدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقُتِلَ يَوْمَ الْيَمَامَةِ شَهِيدًا فِي خِلَافَةِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ ؓ »
