[Machine] That I do not leave in it any yellow or white (stones), except that I divide it (referring to the Kaaba). Shaybah said, "So I (Shaybah) said to him (the Prophet), 'Indeed, you had two companions who did not do it: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Abu Bakr.' So Umar said, 'They are the two righteous men, and I will follow their example.'"
[Machine] O Mother of the Believers, the clothes of the Kaaba are given to us and they multiply. So we dip them in wells and soak them, then we bury the clothes of the Kaaba in them so that the Junub and menstruating women do not wear them. Aisha said to him, "How good you are and how bad you have done! When the clothes of the Kaaba are removed, it doesn't harm them if the Junub and menstruating women wear them, but sell them and donate the proceeds to the poor and in the way of Allah." She said, "So after that, it was dyed and sent to Yemen and sold there. Then the proceeds were given to the poor and in the way of Allah and to those traveling."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever wishes to fast it, let him fast, and whoever wishes to leave it, let him leave it."
12.249 [Machine] Prayer in the Desert and Descending with it
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, when he intended to depart from Mina, 'We will go down tomorrow, if Allah wills, to Khayf Bani Kinanah, where they used to commit acts of disbelief.' By that (he meant) the (place called) Muhassab. This was because the Quraysh and Bani Kinanah had made an agreement not to marry from Banu Hashim and Banu Muttalib, and there would be no interaction between them until they handed over the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to them."
Usamah bin Zaid said I asked Apostle of Allaah ﷺ where will you encamp tomorrow? (This is asked on the occasion of his Hajj). He replied “Did ‘Aqil leave any house for us?” He again said “We shall encamp in the valley (Khaif) of Banu Kinanah where the Quraish took an oath upon disbelief, that is, Al Muhassab.” The oath was that Banu Kinanah concluded a pact with the Quraish against Banu Hashim “they would have no marital relationship with them, nor would give them accommodation nor would have any commercial ties with them.” Al Zuhri said Al Khaif means valley. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2010)
[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr and Umar would descend the hills.
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did that or used to do that.
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, then he slept briefly in Al-Muhasab, and then he rode to the house and circled it.
12.250 [Machine] Evidence that descending into the valley of the muhassib is not a mandatory ritual; it is necessary to leave something.
[Machine] He said, "Al-Muhasabb is not something; it is only a station that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has descended to."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ only stayed in that place in order to make it easier for him to exit, meaning it was a convenient stop for him.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ alighted at al-Muhassab so that it might be easier for him to proceed (to Medina). It is not a sunnah (i.e. a rite of Hajj). Anyone who desires may alight there, and anyone who does not want may not alight. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2008)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not command me to descend with those who were with me in the valley, but I struck a dome and then he came and descended. Sufyan said: "Amr bin Dinār narrated this hadith from Sālih bin Kaysān. When Sālih came to us, Amr said: "Go to him and ask him about this hadith."
12.251 [Machine] Farewell Tawaf.
[Machine] We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the nights of Hajj, and she mentioned the hadith and said, "until Allah completed the Hajj and we left Mina and stayed in Al-Muhasab. So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr and said, "Take your sister out of the sacred area, then pour out from your tawaf, then come to me here in Al-Muhasab." She said, "Allah completed the Umrah and we finished our tawaf in the middle of the night, so we came to him in Al-Muhasab." He said, "Did you complete?" We said, "Yes." So, he gave permission for the people to depart and he passed by the Ka'bah and circumambulated it, then he set off heading towards Al-Madinah. They mentioned it in Sahih Hadith of Afleh bin Humayd 9743, and Abu Ali Al-Rawdhbari informed us that Muhammad bin Bakr narrated to us, and Abu Dawud narrated to us, and Muhammad bin Bashshar narrated to us, and Abu Bakr Al-Hanafi narrated to us, and Afleh mentioned it until he said: She said, "Then I approached him magically, so he gave permission to his companions to leave, and he set off heading towards Al-Madinah.

[Machine] The Prophet does not send anyone away from their request until the last thing he does is go to the Kaaba. Abu al-Hasan ibn Abdan narrated to us that Ahmad ibn Ubayd narrated to us that Ibrahim ibn Salih al-Shirazi narrated to us that Said narrated to us that Sufyan narrated to us. And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated to us that Abu Amr ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to me that Abu Ya'la narrated to us that Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us that Sufyan ibn Uyaynah mentioned the hadith in a similar way.

12.252 [Machine] Leaving farewell for menstruating women
[Machine] Narrated by Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , that Safiyyah bint Huyayy, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , experienced her menstrual cycle. This was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he asked, "Is she holding us back?" It was said, "She has already purified herself." He said, "Then, this is not the wording of Abu Abdullah's (a nickname of the Prophet).

[Machine] The Prophet's wife informed him that Safiyyah bint Huayy, the Prophet's wife, had her menstrual cycle during the Farewell Hajj when she had already performed the tawaf (circumambulation) around the Kaaba. Aisha said, "O Messenger of Allah, Safiyyah has menstruated." The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Did she prevent us?" I said, "No, indeed she has already completed her tawaf, O Messenger of Allah." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Then let her go to Mina."

[Machine] Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , said that Safiyyah bint Huwayy, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , got her menses during the Farewell Hajj after she had performed the Tawaf (circumambulation) around the Kaaba while in a state of purity. She informed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about this, and he asked, "Did it detain us?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, she has already performed the Tawaf while in a state of purity, but then she got her menses after that." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Then let her depart."

[Machine] Al-Abbas al-Asamm informed ar-Rabi' that ash-Shafi'i informed Malik and Abu Ahmad al-Muharjani informed Abu Bakr ibn Ja'far and Muhammad ibn Ibrahim narrated to us from Ibn Bukayr from Malik, from Hisham, from his father, from Aisha that the Messenger of Allah mentioned Safiyyah bint Huyayy. It was said, "She has menstruated." So the Messenger of Allah said, "Perhaps she has held us back." It was said, "No, she has finished." He said, "Then she may proceed." Malik said, Hisham said, 'Urwa said Aisha said, "And we used to mention that, so why did people not send their women ahead if it did not benefit them? And if what he says is true, then the number of menstruating women in Mina would exceed six thousand, all of whom have finished menstruating."

The Prophet ﷺ intended to return home after the performance of the Hajj, and he saw Safiya standing at the entrance of her tent, depressed and sad because she got her menses. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Aqra Halqa! --An expression used in the Quraish dialect--"You will detain us." The Prophet ﷺ then asked (her), "Did you perform the Tawaf Al-Ifada on the Day of Sacrifice (10th of Dhul-Hijja)?" She said, "Yes." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then you can leave (with us).
[Machine] When you come to the city, ask. So when they came to the city, they asked and they were informed by Safiyyah. Among those they asked was Umm Sulaym, and she informed them about Safiyyah.
[Machine] Ibn Abbas said, "I know the saying of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding women, but I preferred to say what is in the Book of Allah. Then he recited this verse: 'Then let them end their untidiness and fulfill their vows and perform Tawaf around the Ancient House' (Quran 22:29). So, untidiness has been ended, vows have been fulfilled, and Tawaf around the House has been performed. What remains?"
[Machine] "And Zaid ibn Thabit said, 'Do not go on pilgrimage until you have purified yourself and circumambulated the Kaaba.' Then he sent a message to Ibn Abbas, who mentioned the hadith in a similar manner."
[Machine] Aisha had disappointment, so she mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He ordered her to leave and she informed Umm Sulaim that she had met him, and he ordered her to leave. Bukhari pointed to these two narrations and Abdul Jabbar extracted it from the hadith of Ayyub as a summary.

[Machine] "He used to stand between the corner and the door and would say, 'What is between the corner and the door is called Al-Multazam. No one asks Allah for anything except that He gives it to him.' This hadith is considered authentic and there are other narrations supporting it."

[Machine] To stand in between the corner and the door, saying: "O Allah, the House is Your House, and the servant is Your servant, and the son of Your servant, and the son of Your maidservant. You have carried me on what You have made available for me from among Your creation, and You have guided me in Your land and made me reach Your blessings, until You have enabled me to fulfill Your rituals. So, if You are pleased with me, then increase me in satisfaction. And if not, then even now, before You leave Your home, my abode, this is the time for my departure, if You allow me. I am not asking for a substitute for You or Your House, nor am I seeking separation from You or Your House. O Allah, accompany me with well-being in my body, protection in my religion, and improve my fate. And provide me with Your obedience for as long as You keep me alive. These are the words of Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, and they are good."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no depiction in Islam."
[Machine] The Prophet prohibited saying "sarurah" to a Muslim. Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Muhammad al-Harith al-Asbahani informed us. Ali ibn Umar al-Hafiz transmitted to us. Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim al-Bazzaz narrated to us. Tahir ibn Khalid ibn Nizar narrated to him from his father from Umar ibn Qais, mentioning it.

[Machine] Abdullah said, "None of you should say, 'I am a pure person' because a Muslim is not considered pure, and none of you should say, 'I am a pilgrim' because the pilgrim is the one who is prohibited from certain things and is restricted to Abdullah bin Mas'ud."
12.255 [Machine] Who would dislike it being said to the prohibited: zero, and that negligence is from the matters of ignorance
[Machine] That the people of ignorance used to count and say "zero" for the month of Al-Muharram and "zero" for the month of Safar. They would also invert and perform a pilgrimage in one year during a certain month, and in another year during a different month. They would say, "If we make a mistake in observing the sacredness of a certain place in one year, we will compensate for it in another year." So Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, revealed the verse: "The postponing (of a Sacred Month) is Indeed an Addition to Unbelief" [Surah At-Tawbah 9:37]. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, time has turned around just as it was on the day when Allah created the heavens and the earth." Therefore, no month should be inverted, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ named it Al-Muharram.
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Time has taken its original shape which it had when Allah created the Heavens and the Earth. The year is of twelve months, four of which are sacred, and out of these (four) three are in succession, i.e. Dhul-Qa'da, Dhul-Hijja and Al-Muharram, and the fourth is Rajab which is named after the Mudar tribe, between (the month of) Jumaida (ath-thania) and Sha'ban." Then the Prophet ﷺ asked, "Which is this month?" We said, "Allah and His Apostle know better." On that the Prophet ﷺ kept quiet so long that we thought that he might name it with another name. Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "Isn't it the month of Dhul-Hijja?" We replied, "Yes." Then he said, "Which town is this?" "We replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better." On that he kept quiet so long that we thought that he might name it with another name. Then he said, "Isn't it the town of Mecca?" We replied, "Yes, " Then he said, "Which day is today?" We replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He kept quiet so long that we thought that he might name it with another name. Then he said, "Isn't it the day of An- Nahr (i.e. sacrifice)?" We replied, "Yes." He said, "So your blood, your properties, (The sub-narrator Muhammad said, 'I think the Prophet ﷺ also said: And your honor..) are sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this city of yours, in this month of yours; and surely, you will meet your Lord, and He will ask you about your deeds. Beware! Do not become infidels after me, cutting the throats of one another. It is incumbent on those who are present to convey this message (of mine) to those who are absent. May be that some of those to whom it will be conveyed will understand it better than those who have actually heard it." (The sub-narrator, Muhammad, on remembering that narration, used to say, "Muhammad spoke the truth!") He (i.e. Prophet) then added twice, "No doubt! Haven't I conveyed (Allah's Message) to you?" (Using translation from Bukhārī 4406)

[Machine] In His saying {Indeed, the postponing of sacred months is an increase in disbelief} [Surah At-Tawbah 37], An-Nasii' said that Junadah ibn 'Awf ibn Umayyah Al-Kinani used to perform Hajj every year, and he was known as Abu Thumamah. He would call out, "Indeed, Abu Thumamah is neither praised nor blamed." Indeed, in the year of Safar, he would declare it to be permissible for the people, thus making it forbidden for the next year, and he would also declare Muharram to be forbidden for the following year. That is what Allah the Almighty has said, {Indeed, the postponing of sacred months is an increase in disbelief by which those who have disbelieved are led [further] astray. They make it lawful one year and unlawful another year} [Surah At-Tawbah 37], until His saying, {He does not guide the disbelieving people} [Surah Al-Baqarah 264].
[Machine] The promiscuity, immorality, and sins are all acts that are not to be debated in regards to Hajj. He says, "It is not a month that can be postponed. The Hajj is clear and there is no doubt about it." This is because in the time of ignorance, they would drop the month of Al-Muharram, then they would say that it is equal to Safar, and they would drop the month of Rabi' Al-Awwal, then they would say that it is equal to Rabi' Al-Akhir. The scholar said, "They differed in the Hajj of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, did it take place in Dhul-Qadah or in Dhul-Hijjah? Mujahid believed that it took place in Dhul-Qadah, while some believed that it took place in Dhul-Hijjah."
[Machine] In his statement "Verily, negligence is an increase in disbelief" [Surah At-Tawbah: 37], he (Abdullah ibn Mas'ud) said they performed Hajj in the month of Dhul-Hijjah for two consecutive years, then they performed Hajj in the month of Muharram for two consecutive years. So they used to perform Hajj every year, every month for two consecutive years, until the Hajj of Abu Bakr coincided with the end of the two years in the month of Dhul-Qa'dah before the Hajj of the Prophet ﷺ by one year. Then the Prophet ﷺ performed Hajj the following year in Dhul-Hijjah. This is the time when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in his sermon: "Verily, time has turned as it was on the day He created the heavens and the earth."
[Machine] Abu Bakr sent me in that Hajj as a mu'adhin (caller to prayer) on the Day of Sacrifice in Mina. We were calling out the adhan announcing that it is not permissible for a mushrik (polytheist) to perform Hajj after that year, nor for anyone to perform Tawaf around the Kaaba naked. Abu Abdullah said: "This hadith of Az-Zuhri has a good chain of transmission and Abu Bakr's Hajj was in the month of Dhul-Hijjah, as Az-Zuhri mentioned." Abu Abdullah said: "Surah At-Tawbah (Chapter 9) was revealed before Abu Bakr's Hajj, in which it is mentioned: 'Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve.' (Quran 9:36) And also: 'Verily the Mushrikun are impure.' (Quran 9:37) So was it permissible for Abu Bakr to perform Hajj following the tradition of the Arabs, while Allah informed them that such a act is considered disbelief?"

12.256 [Machine] What ruins the Hajj?
[Machine] A man from among the lepers had relations with his wife, although they were forbidden. The man asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said to them, "Complete your pilgrimage and offer a sacrifice, then return, until you reach the place where you committed the act you committed. Then separate from each other and neither of you looks at the other. And you have an additional Hajj to perform. Carry it out until you reach the place where you committed the act you committed. Then assume the state of Ihram and complete your pilgrimage and offer a sacrifice. This is a statement of certainty. The one who related this Hadith is Yazid ibn Nu'aym al-Aslami, without doubt, and he has transmitted most of his Hadith from a group of the Prophet's companions ﷺ .
[Machine] About a man who harmed his family while he was in a state of Ihram (sacred state of pilgrimage). They said, "They must both perform their Umrah (minor pilgrimage) before they can complete their Hajj pilgrimage." Then they must offer their sacrifices and also offer a Hadi (sacrificial animal). Ali ibn Abi Talib said, "When they enter the state of Ihram for Hajj, they must separate until they complete their Hajj pilgrimage."
[Machine] They shall complete their Hajj and they can perform it from wherever they started the state of Ihram. They shall then separate until they both complete their Hajj. Ata said, "If she obeys him or if she is forced, then they shall only receive one penalty."
[Machine] They complete their pilgrimage and Allah knows best about their pilgrimage. Then, each of them returns rightfully to their companion. And if they (the camels) were pregnant and gave birth to a youngling, and they separated in the place where she (the camel) gave birth.
[Machine] About Ibn Abbas in this story, then the meaning of 'ahilla' from where you made it halal for the first time.
[Machine] My saying similar to what they said, this is a valid chain of narration and it contains evidence to the authenticity of hearing from Shu'ayb ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah from his grandfather Abdullah ibn 'Amr.
