[Machine] Abu al-Abbas al-Asamm narrated from al-Rabi' from al-Shafi'i who narrated from Malik… And Abu Ahmad al-Muharjani narrated from Abu Bakr ibn Ja'far who narrated from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim who narrated from Ibn Bukayr who narrated from Malik … from Abu al-Rijal who narrated from his mother, Amrah, that she informed him that Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , used to fear that her female companions would menstruate before performing the Hajj. So, she would send them ahead to Mina. If they menstruated afterwards, she would not wait for them to become pure, but she would send them back and they would perform the Hajj while in a state of menstruation.
ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَتْ إِذَا حَجَّتْ مَعَهَا نِسَاؤُهَا تَخَافُ أَنْ يَحِضْنَ قَدَّمَتْهُنَّ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَأَفَضْنَ فَإِنْ حِضْنَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ تَنْتَظِرْ بِهِنَّ أَنْ يَطْهُرْنَ تَنْفِرُ بِهِنَّ وَهُنَّ حُيَّضٌ
