[Machine] "When you come from Mecca, whoever throws the pebbles, then everything that is forbidden to him becomes permissible for him except women and perfume. No one touches women or perfume until he circumambulates the Kaaba. Malik said: Abdullah ibn Dinar narrated to me from Ibn Umar who said: Umar ibn Al-Khattab said: 'Whoever throws the pebbles, then shaves or shortens his hair, and sacrifices an offering if he has it, then everything that is forbidden to him becomes permissible for him except women and perfume until he circumambulates the Kaaba.'"  

لَهُمْ إِذَا جِئْتُمْ مِنًى فَمَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ لَا يَمَسَّ أَحَدٌ نِسَاءً وَلَا طِيبًا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ ثُمَّ حَلَقَ أَوْ قَصَّرَ وَنَحَرَ هَدْيًا إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ  

“When you have stoned the Pillar, everything becomes permissible to you except your wives. A man said to him: ‘O Ibn ‘Abbas, and perfume?’ He said: ‘I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perfume his head with musk. Is that perfume or not?’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3041)   

إِذَا رَمَيْتَ الْجَمْرَةَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَكَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ حَتَّى تَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ أَيَتَطَيَّبُ؟ قَالَ أَمَّا أَنَا فَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُضَمِّخُ رَأْسَهُ بِالْمِسْكِ أَوْ قَالَ بِالسُّكِّ أَفَطِيبٌ ذَلِكَ أَمْ لَا؟  

[Machine] "If someone visits the sacred house (Kaaba), then he is required to offer its compensation for whatever remains of his consecration. Allah, the Almighty, said: 'And when you have completed your rites, then remember Allah as you remember your fathers or with [much] greater rememberance.'" [Quran 2:200]  

أَنْ يَزُورَ الْبَيْتَ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ جَزَاءَهُ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ إِحْرَامِهِ شَيْءٌ قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى {وَإِذْا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُوا} [المائدة 2]  

[Machine] About the jurists among the people of Madinah, they used to say: Whoever hits an animal in hunting and has already thrown the pebble but did not perform the consecration ritual, then his penalty is upon him.
