[Machine] "When you come from Mecca, whoever throws the pebbles, then everything that is forbidden to him becomes permissible for him except women and perfume. No one touches women or perfume until he circumambulates the Kaaba. Malik said: Abdullah ibn Dinar narrated to me from Ibn Umar who said: Umar ibn Al-Khattab said: 'Whoever throws the pebbles, then shaves or shortens his hair, and sacrifices an offering if he has it, then everything that is forbidden to him becomes permissible for him except women and perfume until he circumambulates the Kaaba.'"  

البيهقي:٩٩٩٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحِيرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ بِعَرَفَةَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ أَمْرَ الْحَجِّ وَكَانَ فِيمَا قَالَ

لَهُمْ إِذَا جِئْتُمْ مِنًى فَمَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ لَا يَمَسَّ أَحَدٌ نِسَاءً وَلَا طِيبًا حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ ثُمَّ حَلَقَ أَوْ قَصَّرَ وَنَحَرَ هَدْيًا إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ
