bayhaqi:9748 – Mālik > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb Rad a man from Mar Ẓahrān Lam Yakun And Ddaʿ al-Bayt 9749 > Abū Saʿīd b. Abū ʿAmr > Abū al-ʿAbbās > al-Rabīʿ > al-Shāfiʿī

[Machine] Abu Al-Abbas then narrated to Al-Rabi' that Al-Shafi'i narrated to Malik, who mentioned both Hadiths together.  

البيهقي:٩٧٤٨ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ رَدَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ مَرِّ ظَهْرَانَ لَمْ يَكُنْ وَدَّعَ الْبَيْتَ 9749 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو

ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ جَمِيعًا
