Being stabbed in the head is better than touching a woman who is not permissible

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a man is stabbed in the head with an iron needle, it is better for him than him touching a woman who is not ḥalāl (permissible) for him."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَأَنْ يُطْعَنَ فِي رَأْسِ رَجُلٍ بِمِخْيَطٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمَسَّ امْرَأَةً لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Worship during times of turmoil is like migrating to me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْهَرْجِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Working during times of chaos is like migrating to me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعَمَلُ فِي الْهَرْجِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Worship during times of turmoil is like migrating towards me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْهَرْجِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Worship during times of turmoil is like migrating towards me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْهَرْجِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Worship during times of turmoil is like making hijrah (migration) to me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Worship during times of tribulation is like migration to me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعِبَادَةُ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Worship during times of turmoil or tribulation is like migrating to me."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «عُبَادَةٌ فِي الْهَرْجِ أَوِ الْفِتْنَةِ كَهِجْرَةٍ إِلَيَّ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two types of people from my Ummah, whom my intercession will not reach: the oppressive ruler and the deceitful and extremist in religion who testifies falsely against others, while I disassociate myself from them."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا تَنَالُهُمَا شَفَاعَتِي سُلْطَانٌ ظَلُومٌ غَشُومٌ وغَالٍ فِي الدِّينِ يَشْهَدُ عَلَيْهِمْ فَيَتَبَرَّأُ مِنْهُمْ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Two men from my nation will not receive my intercession: a tyrant ruler and a dishonest person, and another who is excessive in his religious practices and deviates from it."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَجُلَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا يَنَالُهُمَا شَفَاعَتِي سُلْطَانٌ ظَلُومٌ غَشُومٌ وَآخَرُ غَالٍ فِي الدِّينِ مَارِقٌ مِنْهُ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Everything has a key and the key to the heavens is the statement: There is no god but Allah."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لِكُلِّ شَيْءٌ مِفْتَاحٌ وَمِفْتَاحُ السَّمَاوَاتِ قَوْلُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Any people who are called to prayer in the morning will be in the protection of Allah until the evening, and any people who are called to prayer in the evening will be in the protection of Allah until the morning."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ نُودِيَ فِيهِمْ بِالْأَذَانِ صَبَاحًا إِلَّا كَانُوا فِي أَمَانِ اللهِ حَتَّى يُمْسُوا وَأَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ نُودِيَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالْأَذَانِ مَسَاءً إِلَّا كَانُوا فِي أَمَانِ اللهِ حَتَّى يُصْبِحُوا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Cupping on Tuesday of the seventeenth day of the month is a cure for diseases within the year."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْحِجَامَةُ يَوْمَ الثُّلَاثَاءِ لِسَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ مِنِ الشَّهْرِ دَوَاءٌ لَدَاءِ سَنَةٍ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Your Lord, the Exalted, says, "O Son of Adam, devote yourself to My worship, and I will fill your heart with contentment and your hands with provision. O Son of Adam, do not distance yourself from Me, for then I will fill your heart with poverty and your hands with occupation."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ تَعَالَى «ابْنَ آدَمَ تَفَرَّغْ لِعِبَادَتِي أَمْلَأْ قَلْبَكَ غِنًى وَامْلَأْ يَدَيْكَ رِزْقًا ابْنَ آدَمَ لَا تَبَاعَدْ عَنِّي فَأَمْلَأْ قَلْبَكَ فَقْرًا وَأَمْلَأْ يَدَيْكَ شُغْلًا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah does not permit anything to compete with the adhan of the muadhin and the beautiful voice reciting the Quran."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَأْذَنُ اللهُ لِشَيْءٍ أَذَنَهُ لِأَذَانِ الْمُؤَذِّنِينَ وَالصَّوْتِ الْحَسَنِ بِالْقُرْآنِ»  

[Machine] On the way, I saw someone like him, so I took him and gave him a place. He took my hand and said, "O son of my brother, what led you to do this?" I said, "O uncle, I saw you doing something, so I did the same." He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever removes harm from the way of the Muslims, a good deed will be written for him. And whoever is greeted with a good deed, he will enter Paradise.'" And the wording is from the hadith of Al-Abbas Al-Anbari.  

عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ فَرَأَيْتُ مِثْلَهُ فَأَخَذْتُهُ فَنَحَّيْتُهُ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى مَا صَنَعْتَ؟ قُلْتُ يَا عَمِّ رَأَيْتُكَ صَنَعْتَ شَيْئًا فَصَنَعْتُ مِثْلَهُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَمَاطَ أَذًى عَنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَمَنْ تُقُبِّلَتْ مِنْهُ حَسَنَةٌ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ  

[Machine] When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ conquered Khaybar, the people captured camels and brought them until they filled the pots. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and it was said, "The camels of the people have been slaughtered." So the Prophet ﷺ forbade the meat of domesticated camels. Then a man started hitting a pot with the bow of his home.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ أَصَابَ النَّاسُ حُمُرًا فَانْتَهَبُوهَا حَتَّى عَلَتِ الْقُدُورَ فَأَتَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقِيلَ إِنَّ حُمُرَ النَّاسِ قَدْ نُحِرَتْ «فَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ» فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَكْفَأُ الْإِنَاءَ بِسُنَّةِ قَوْسِهِ وعَمُودِ بَيْتِهِ  

[Machine] We were in the city, and it had abundant fruits. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited eating the unripe dates.  

كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَكَانَتْ كَثِيرَةَ الثَّمَرِ «فَحَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْفَضِيخَ»  

[Machine] "Alcoholic drinks were prohibited, and yet we drink the fadih. So I decided to decant it and say, 'This is the last covenant with alcohol.'"  

حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ وَنَحْنُ نَشْرَبُ الْفَضِيخَ فَجَعَلْتُ أُهْرِيقُهَا وَأَقُولُ هَذَا آخِرُ الْعَهْدِ بِالْخَمْرِ  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "A man who leads a group of people but does not take care of them as he takes care of himself and his family, Allah will admit him into the Hellfire."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَيْسَ رَجُلٌ يَلِي قَوْمًا ثُمَّ لَا يَحُوطُهُمْ كَمَا يَحُوطُ نَفْسَهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ»  

[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah entered, wearing two khuffs (leather socks). He was the first person I saw wearing khuffs in Islam. The people began to wipe over them and asked, "What is this?" They were told, "These are khuffs." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, you will have many khuffs." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what shall we do regarding ablution for prayer?" He said, "You may either wipe over them or perform ablution upon them."  

كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِذْ دَخَلَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ وَعَلَيْهِ خُفَّانِ فَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ رَأَيْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْخُفَّيْنِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ الْمُغِيرَةُ فَجَعَلَ الْقَوْمُ يَمْسَحُونَهَا وَيَقُولُونَ مَا هَذَا؟ قَالُوا هَذِهِ الْخِفَافُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّكُمْ» سَيَكْثُرُ لَكُمْ مِنَ الْخِفَافِ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا بِالْوُضُوءِ لِلصَّلَاةِ؟ قَالَ «تَمْسَحُونَ أَوْ تَوَضَّؤُوا عَلَيْهَا»  

[Machine] A man mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ that he was attracted to a beautiful and high-status woman who could not bear children. The Prophet advised him to refrain from pursuing her. However, the man persisted and the Prophet once again advised him to stay away from her and said, "Marry women who can bear children, for I will boast about your numbers."  

أَنَّ رَجُلًا ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ أَصَابَ امْرَأَةً ذَاتَ جَمَالٍ وَمَنْصِبٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّهَا لَا تَلِدُ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا ثُمَّ عَادَ فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا وَقَالَ «تَزَوَّجُوا الْوَلُودَ الْوَدُودَ فَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمْ»
