“I heard the Prophet ﷺ when a case was brought to him which involved the share of a grandfather. He gave him one third, or one sixth.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2722)  

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «أُتِيَ بِفَرِيضَةٍ فِيهَا جَدٌّ فَأَعْطَاهُ ثُلُثَا أَوْ سُدُسًا»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever says three times in the morning, 'I seek refuge in the All-Hearing, All-Knowing from Satan, the accursed,' and recites the last three verses of Surah Al-Hashr, Allah will assign seventy thousand angels to pray for him until the evening. If he dies on that day, he will die as a martyr. And if he says it in the evening, it will have the same reward."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ بِالسَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ وَقَرَأَ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ آخِرَ سُورَةِ الْحَشْرِ وَكَّلَ اللهُ بِهِ سَبْعِينَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يُمْسِي إِنْ مَاتَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ مَاتَ شَهِيدًا فَإِنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي كَانَ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ  

[Machine] One day, I performed ablution and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked me, "Do you have any feelings for Fatimah?" I replied, "Yes." He then sat leaning against me and said, "Surely, he will bear the burden other than you, and the reward will be for you." It was as if nothing mattered to me until we entered upon Fatimah. He asked her, "How do you find yourself?" She replied, "By Allah, my grief has intensified, my misery has increased, and my sickness has prolonged." He said, "Would you not be pleased that I marry you off to the one who is the most knowledgeable of my nation, the most generous among them, and the most forbearing?"  

وَضَّأْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَقَالَ لِي «هَلْ لَكَ فِي فَاطِمَةَ» ؟ يَعْنِي ابْنَتَهَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ فَقَامَ مُتَوَكِّئًا عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ «أَمَا إِنَّهُ سَيَحْمِلُ الثِّقْلَ غَيْرُكَ وَيَكُونُ الْأَجْرُ لَكَ» فَكَأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيَّ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى دَخَلْنَا عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ فَقَالَ لَهَا «كَيْفَ تَجِدِينَكَ؟» فَقَالَتْ وَاللهِ لَقَدِ اشْتَدَّ حُزْنِي وَاشْتَدَّتْ فَاقَتِي وَطَالَ سُقْمِي فَقَالَ «أَمَا تَرْضَيْنَ أَنْ زَوَّجْتُكِ أَقْدَمَ أُمَّتِي سِلْمًا وَأَكْثَرَهُمْ عِلْمًا وَأَحْلَمَهُمْ حِلْمًا» ؟  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to judge between my people, so I said, "How can I ensure fairness?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah is with the judge as long as he does not commit intentional wrongdoing."  

أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقْضِيَ بَيْنَ قَوْمِي فَقُلْتُ مَا أُحْسِنُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «اللهُ مَعَ الْقَاضِي مَا لَمْ يَحِفْ عَمْدًا»
