25.426 [Machine] Al-Sha'bi, about Al-Miqdam ibn Ma'di Karb

٢٥۔٤٢٦ الشَّعْبِيُّ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The right of a guest is due to him. If he stays overnight in one's courtyard, then he is entitled to a debt upon the homeowner, if he wishes to demand it, and if he wishes to relinquish it."  

الطبراني:١٧٨٢٢حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ وَجَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْلَةُ الضَّيْفِ حَقٌّ فَإِنْ أَصْبَحَ بِفِنَائِهِ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اقْتَضَاهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَهُ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves behind no heir, his wealth belongs to Allah and His Messenger, or he said, to us. And whoever leaves behind wealth, it belongs to his heirs, and I am the heir of the one who has no heir. The uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian, he inherits his wealth and frees his neck."  

الطبراني:١٧٨٢٣حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَرَكَ كَلَّا فَإِلَى اللهِ وَإِلَى رَسُولِهِ أَوْ قَالَ فَإِلَيْنَا وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا وَارِثَ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I am more deserving of every believer than himself. Whoever abandons a debt or loses it, it belongs to me, and whoever leaves behind wealth, it goes to his heirs. And I am the guardian of one who has no guardian, I inherit his wealth and release his bonds. And the uncle is the guardian of one who has no guardian, he inherits his wealth and releases his bonds."  

الطبراني:١٧٨٢٤حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَيُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْدِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever leaves behind a debt or a bequest, it is upon me. And whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his inheritors. And I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian, so I will repay his debt and inherit his wealth. And the paternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian, so he will repay his debt and inherit his wealth."  

الطبراني:١٧٨٢٥حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ زِبْرِيقٍ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ وَثِيمَةَ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ زِبْرِيقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ ثنا رَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَائِذٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الْمِقْدَامَ حَدَّثَهُمْ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَارِثِهِ وَأَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَأَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَيَرِثُ مَالَهُ»
