[Machine] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "Whoever leaves a debt or a wasteland, it is to me. And whoever leaves wealth, it is for his inheritors. And I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian. Shall I help him and inherit his wealth?"  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَأَرِثُ مَالَهُ»  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, for the martyr with Allah, there are nine or ten qualities. He is forgiven in the first gush of his blood, and he will see his place in Paradise. He is adorned with the ornament of faith, he is saved from the punishment of the grave, he is married to the Houris of Paradise, he is secured on the Day of the Greatest Terror, a crown of radiant pearls is placed upon his head, which is better than the world and everything in it. He is married to seventy-two wives from the Houris of Paradise, and he is granted intercession for seventy people from his relatives."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِلشَّهِيدِ عِنْدَ اللهِ تِسْعَ خِصَالٍ أَوْ قَالَ عَشَرَ خِصَالٍ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ فِي أَوَّلِ دُفْعَةٍ مِنْ دَمِهِ وَيَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَيُحَلَّى حِلْيَةَ الْإِيمَانِ وَيُجَارُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَيُزَوَّجُ مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ وَيَأْمَنُ يَوْمَ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ وَيُوضَعُ عَلَى رَأْسَهِ تَاجُ الْوَقَارِ الْيَاقُوتَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا وَيُزَوَّجُ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَتِسْعِينَ زَوْجَةً مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ وَيُشَفَّعُ فِي سَبْعِينَ إِنْسَانًا مِنْ أَقَارِبِهِ  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade riding on the skins of animals."  

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ رُكُوبٍ عَلَى جُلُودِ السِّبَاعِ»  

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "No one has eaten food better than that which he has earned by his own hand, and David used to eat only from the work of his own hand."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا أَكَلَ أَحَدٌ طَعَامًا خَيْرًا مِنْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْ عَمِلِ يَدِهِ وَكَانَ دَاوُدُ لَا يَأْكُلُ إِلَّا مِنْ عَمِلِ يَدِهِ»  

[Machine] "He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pointing with his hand, saying, 'None of you has eaten food in this world that is better for him than eating from the work of his own hands.'"  

أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُشِيرُ بِيَدِهِ يَقُولُ «مَا أَكَلَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ طَعَامًا فِي الدُّنْيَا خَيْرًا لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْ عَمِلِ يَدَيْهِ»  

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "No one eats any food that is better for him than that which he eats from the work of his own hands." The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "And David ﷺ used to eat from the work of his own hands."  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا أَكَلَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ طَعَامًا هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْ عَمِلِ يَدَيْهِ» قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ «وَكَانَ دَاوُدُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ يَأْكُلُ مِنْ عَمِلِ يَدَيْهِ»  

[Machine] He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, what you feed your wife is charity for you, and what you feed your child is charity for you, and what you feed your servant is charity for you, and what you feed yourself is charity for you."  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّكَ مَا أَطْعَمْتَ زَوْجَتَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ وَلَدَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ خَادِمَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَمَا أَطْعَمْتَ نَفْسَكَ فَهُوَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Hasan is from me, and Husain is from Ali."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «حَسَنٌ مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ»  

[Machine] The delegation of al-Miqdam bin Ma'di Karib and Amr bin al-Aswad, a man from the tribe of Qinnasrin, from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, came to Muawiyah, may Allah have mercy on him. Muawiyah said to al-Miqdam, "Did you not know that al-Hasan bin Ali has passed away?" Al-Miqdam returned and said to him, "Do you consider it a calamity?" Muawiyah asked, "Why wouldn't I consider it a calamity? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has declared him to be from him and Husayn from Ali." Muawiyah then asked al-Asadi, "What do you say?" He replied, "It is a burning ember that Allah has extinguished." Al-Miqdam said, "As for me, I will not stop today until I make you angry today and make you hear what you dislike."  

وَفْدَ الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَسَدِ مِنْ أَهْلِ قِنَّسْرِينَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لِلْمِقْدَامِ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ تُوُفِّيَ؟ قَالَ فَاسْتَرْجَعَ الْمِقْدَامُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَتَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ قَالَ وَلِمَ لَا أَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ وَقَدْ وَضَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَقَالَ «هَذَا مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ» فَقَالَ لِلْأَسَدِيِّ مَا تَقُولُ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ جَمْرَةٌ أَطْفَأَهَا اللهُ فَقَالَ الْمِقْدَامُ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَبْرَحُ الْيَوْمَ حَتَّى أَغَيِظَكَ الْيَوْمَ وَأُسْمِعَكَ مَا تَكْرَهُ  

[Machine] The delegation of Al-Miqdam bin Ma'di Karib and 'Amr bin Al-Aswad, a man from the tribe of Qinnasrin and one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , came to Muawiyah. Muawiyah said to Al-Miqdam, "Didn't you know that Al-Hasan bin Ali has passed away?" Al-Miqdam became upset and said, "Why shouldn't I be upset? The Prophet ﷺ had appointed him and Al-Hussein as his successors." Muawiyah then asked 'Amr, "What do you say?" 'Amr replied, "May Allah extinguish this flame." Al-Miqdam said, "As for me, I will not leave today until I anger you and tell you what you dislike."  

وَفْدَ الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَسَدِ مِنْ أَهْلِ قِنَّسْرِينَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لِلْمِقْدَامِ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ تُوُفِّيَ؟ قَالَ فَاسْتَرْجَعَ الْمِقْدَامُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَتَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ قَالَ وَلِمَ لَا أَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ وَقَدْ وَضَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَقَالَ «هَذَا مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ» فَقَالَ لِلْأَسَدِيِّ مَا تَقُولُ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ جَمْرَةٌ أَطْفَأَهَا اللهُ فَقَالَ الْمِقْدَامُ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَبْرَحُ الْيَوْمَ حَتَّى أَغَيِظَكَ الْيَوْمَ وَأُسْمِعَكَ مَا تَكْرَهُ  

[Machine] The delegation of Muqaddam ibn Ma'di Karib and Amr ibn al-Aswad, a man from the tribe of Qinnasrin and among the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , went to Muawiyah. Muawiyah asked Muqaddam, "Did you not know that Al-Hasan ibn Ali has passed away?" Muqaddam was taken aback and said, "Why would I not consider it a calamity? He was placed by the Prophet ﷺ in his chamber and said, 'This is from me and Hussain is from Ali.' " Muawiyah then turned to Amr and asked his opinion. Amr said, "It is a burning coal that Allah has extinguished." Muqaddam then said, "As for me, I will not leave today until I have angered you and made you hear what you dislike."  

وَفْدَ الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَسَدِ مِنْ أَهْلِ قِنَّسْرِينَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لِلْمِقْدَامِ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ تُوُفِّيَ؟ قَالَ فَاسْتَرْجَعَ الْمِقْدَامُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَتَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ قَالَ وَلِمَ لَا أَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ وَقَدْ وَضَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَقَالَ «هَذَا مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ» فَقَالَ لِلْأَسَدِيِّ مَا تَقُولُ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ جَمْرَةٌ أَطْفَأَهَا اللهُ فَقَالَ الْمِقْدَامُ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَبْرَحُ الْيَوْمَ حَتَّى أَغَيِظَكَ الْيَوْمَ وَأُسْمِعَكَ مَا تَكْرَهُ  

[Machine] "The delegation of al-Miqdam ibn Ma'di Karib and Amr ibn al-Aswad, a man from the tribe of Qinsarin, from the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , went to Muawiyah (may Allah have mercy upon him). Muawiyah said to al-Miqdam, 'Did you not know that al-Hasan ibn Ali has passed away?' Al-Miqdam then paused and Muawiyah said to him, 'Do you see it as a calamity?' Al-Miqdam responded, 'Why wouldn't I see it as a calamity? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ placed him in his chamber and said, "This is from me and Hasan is from Ali." Muawiyah then asked al-Aswad, 'What do you say?' And he replied, 'It is like a burning coal that Allah has extinguished.' Al-Miqdam said, 'As for me, I will not rest today until I make you angry today and tell you what you dislike.'"  

وَفْدَ الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَسَدِ مِنْ أَهْلِ قِنَّسْرِينَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لِلْمِقْدَامِ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ تُوُفِّيَ؟ قَالَ فَاسْتَرْجَعَ الْمِقْدَامُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَتَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ قَالَ وَلِمَ لَا أَرَاهَا مُصِيبَةً؟ وَقَدْ وَضَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَقَالَ «هَذَا مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ» فَقَالَ لِلْأَسَدِيِّ مَا تَقُولُ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ جَمْرَةٌ أَطْفَأَهَا اللهُ فَقَالَ الْمِقْدَامُ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَبْرَحُ الْيَوْمَ حَتَّى أَغَيِظَكَ الْيَوْمَ وَأُسْمِعَكَ مَا تَكْرَهُ  

Messenger of Allah said: "Allah enjoins you to treat your mother's kindly"-three times- "Allah enjoins you to treat your fathers kindly, Allah enjoins you to treat the closest and the next closest kindly." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3661)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ» اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah ﷻ enjoins upon you to be dutiful to your mothers three times. Indeed, Allah ﷻ enjoins upon you to be dutiful to your fathers twice. Indeed, Allah ﷻ enjoins upon you to be dutiful to the nearest kin."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ» اللهَ ﷻ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, Allah advises you regarding your mothers, verily, Allah advises you regarding your mothers, verily, Allah advises you regarding your fathers, verily, Allah advises you regarding those closest to you."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ» اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ  

[Machine] "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Verily, Allah enjoins you to be dutiful to your mothers. Verily, Allah enjoins you to be dutiful to your mothers. Verily, Allah enjoins you to be dutiful to your fathers. Verily, Allah enjoins you to uphold the ties of kinship, to the closest of kin.'"  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ» اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Have the pre-dawn meal (suhoor), as it is a blessed sustenance."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّحُورِ فَإِنَّهُ الْغِذَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ»  

[Machine] He was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as a warrior. They stopped near the lands of the Jews in Khaybar, and the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ started eating from their food. So, the Jews went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and complained about it. So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Khalid bin Al-Walid and he called out, "Prayer is a collective duty and none shall enter Paradise except a Muslim." So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood among us, praised and thanked Allah, and then said, "What is lawful for you from the spoils of the treaties without their consent?" They replied, "Whatever we find as lawful in the Book of Allah, we make it lawful, and whatever we find as unlawful, we make it unlawful." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, I make unlawful the spoils of the treaties, every animal with fangs, and whatever is ridden by any mount except what Allah has named."  

أَنَّهُ كَانَ غَازِيًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَنَزَلُوا إِلَى جَانِبِ حَظَائِرِ يَهُودَ بِخَيْبَرٍ فَتَنَاوَلَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْهَا فَانْطَلَقْتِ الْيَهُودُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَشَكَوْا ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهِ فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ فَنَادَى «الصَّلَاةُ جَامِعَةٌ وَلَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مُسْلِمٌ» فَقَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَاذَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ الْمُعَاهِدِينَ لِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا؟ يَقُولُونَ مَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْنَاهُ مِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ أَلَا وَإِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ أَمْوَالَ الْمُعَاهِدِينَ وَكُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَمَا سُخِّرَ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِلَّا مَا سَمَّى اللهُ
