[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Hasan is from me, and Husain is from Ali."  

الطبراني:١٧٨٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى ثنا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «حَسَنٌ مِنِّي وَحُسَيْنٌ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حُسْنُ الظَّنِّ مِنْ حُسْنِ الْعِبَادَةِ  

ahmad:20242 – ʿAbd al-Ṣamad And ʿAffān > Ḥammād b. Salamah > al-Ashʿath b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Jarmī from his father > Samurah b. Jundub > a man

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)   

أحمد:٢٠٢٤٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجَرْمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ  

tabarani:2612 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Hasan and Husain will be the leaders of the youth of Paradise, and their father is better than them." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 118)   

الطبراني:٢٦١٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ قَبِيصَةَ ثنا أَبِي عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «حَسَنٌ وَحُسَيْنٌ سَيِّدَا شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ»
