[Machine] On the day of the Battle of Khaybar, my brother fought fiercely with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He turned back towards him with his sword and killed him. The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had doubts and questioned this matter. A man died by his weapon, so they doubted some of his affair. Salamah said, "So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ locked himself in Khaybar." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, permit me to retaliate against him?" So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave him permission. Then Umar ibn Al-Khattab said, "I know what you are going to say." So I said...
[Machine] About Jabir ibn Abdullah and Salama ibn Al-Akwa, a man who embraced Islam from the companions of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , that they both said: "We were in a battle when the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , came to us and said, 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , says: 'Enjoy yourselves.'"
[Machine] We returned with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ accompanying a man who was extremely pale. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have never seen anyone more intense in their heat than him." He ﷺ said, "Shall I not inform you about the most intense heat on the Day of Resurrection? It will be those two men coming forward." At that time, there will be two men from his companions.

Then, they returned to Yasār and slaughtered him, putting thorns in his eyes and driving away the camels. The Prophet ﷺ sent a group of Muslims, led by their leader Kurradh ibn Jabir Al-Fihri, to follow their tracks. They caught up with them, captured them, and cut off their hands, legs, and gouged out their eyes.

[Machine] A man used to eat with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with his left hand, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Eat with your right hand." He replied, "I am unable to." So the Prophet ﷺ said, "Then you cannot raise it to your mouth."

[Machine] We went out with Abu Bakr and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded him to lead us, so we engaged in battle until we reached a water source. Abu Bakr commanded us to give water to our animals. After performing the Fajr prayer, Abu Bakr commanded us to launch a surprise attack. We killed those we fought against near the water. Salamah said, "I looked and saw some people with their offspring and women. I was afraid they would escape to the mountains before me, so I shot an arrow that landed between them and the mountain. They got up and I brought them to Abu Bakr to see what to do with them. We continued driving them until we reached the water. Among them was a woman from Fazara, wearing a red leather necklace, and with her was a beautiful Arab girl. Abu Bakr's daughter fell in love with her and requested me to give her the girl as a servant. I did not uncover her until we reached Madinah. I left without uncovering her and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ met me and said, 'O Salamah, give me the woman.' I replied, 'O Messenger of Allah, I swear by Allah, she has amazed me and I have not uncovered her.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ remained silent and left me. The next day, he met me in the market and said, 'O Salamah, give me the woman for the sake of Allah, not your father.' I replied, 'O Messenger of Allah, I swear by Allah, I have not uncovered her and she is yours.' After that day, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent her to the people of Makkah who were holding Muslim captives. He ransomed them with that woman and they were freed. This is according to the narration of Abu al-Walid.

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Gather your supplies together." So the Prophet ﷺ ordered a drinking vessel to be brought, and the people brought dates and scattered them. I approached it to try and guess how much it was. It appeared to be like the hump of a sheep. We all ate from it until we were full, and there were fourteen hundred of us. Then the Prophet ﷺ called for a handful of water in a container for washing. He ordered it to be poured into a basin, and we used it to purify ourselves until we were all purified.

To the tribe of Aslam Allah has granted safety and to the tribe of Ghifar Allah has granted pardon. Verily it is not I that say this, but (it is) Allah the Exalted and Glorious. (who) says this. (Using translation from Muslim 2516)
