13.105 [Machine] Masrooq ibn al-Ajda', from Salman

tabarani:6088ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAlī al-a neighborūdī al-Naysābūrī > Aḥmad b. Ḥafṣ from my father > Ibrāhīm b. Ṭahmān > Abān b. Abū ʿAyyāsh > Saʿīd b. Jubayr > Masrūq > Salmān

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Indeed, when the believing servant stands in prayer, his sins are placed on top of his head and they fall away from him, just as the leaves of the date palm tree fall right and left."

tabarani:6089Muḥammad b. Muḥammad al-Tammār al-Baṣrī > Abū al-Walīd al-Ṭayālisī > Abū ʿAwānah > Mughīrah > Ziyād b. Kulayb > Ibrāhīm > ʿAlqamah > Qarthaʿ > Salmān

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Salman, do you know what day Friday is?" I said, "It is the day in which your father or your fathers were gathered." He said, "No, but I will tell you about the day of Friday. There is no Muslim who purifies himself and wears his best clothes, and applies perfume from his family if they have it, then comes to the mosque and listens attentively until the imam comes out, then prays, except that it will be an expiation for him between that Friday and the next, as long as he avoids major sins, and that is for his entire life."

tabarani:6091al-Ḥusayn b. Isḥāq al-Tustarī > ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Jarīr > Manṣūr > Abū Maʿshar > Ibrāhīm > ʿAlqamah > al-Qarthaʿ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: 'There is no man who purifies himself on Friday as he is commanded, then comes out of his house to the Friday prayer, and listens attentively until he finishes his prayer, but it will be an expiation for what came before it the week before." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1403)
