[Machine] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the Battle of Tabuk, until the Messenger of Allah ﷺ left. I entered a courtyard and saw a tent that had been sprinkled with water. I saw my wife and said, "What is this fairness? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ is in the scorching heat and I am in the shade and comfort." So I went to a water skin and covered it, and I went to some dates and took them. Then my wife called out, "Where are you going, Abu Khaythama?" So I went out seeking the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, until while I was on the way 'Umayr ibn Wahb al-Jumahi caught up with me. I said to him, "You are a brave man and I know where the Prophet ﷺ is, but I am a sinner, so stay behind until I get alone with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." 'Umayr stayed behind. When I reached the army, the people saw me and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Be Abu Khaythama." So I came and said, "I almost lost my life, O Messenger of Allah." I then narrated my story to him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Good, and he made dua for me."

[Machine] "He was named Noah, a grateful servant, because whenever he ate or drank, he praised Allah."
[Machine] I came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and embraced Islam. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, make something for my people that they can embrace Islam upon." So he did, and Abu Bakr used me after the Prophet ﷺ , and then Umar used me after Abu Bakr. I said to my people, "There is no good in wealth that is not given in charity, so pay the Zakat of honey." They asked, "How much do you see?" I said, "One-tenth." So I took one-tenth from them and went to Umar. He sold it and put it in the charity of the Muslims.
[Machine] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said during his visit to Saad bin Abi Waqqas in the Farewell Hajj, "O Allah, guide the migration of my companions and do not leave them in a state of loss." But the unfortunate Saad bin Khawla mourned for him, saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ died in Mecca.

[Machine] I heard my father say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ advised me against boasting. Therefore, whoever settles in a land that requires payment, they are indeed boasting. And I dislike to settle (in such a land).
his father asked the Prophet ﷺ about the earnings of a cupper and he forbade him from that. Then he mentioned his need and he said: "Spend it on feeding your she-camels that draw water." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2166)
[Machine] Ibn Shihab reported: "Regarding the nomenclature of those who witnessed the Battle of Badr from the Ansar, then from the Banu Zurayq, it is Sa'd ibn Uthman ibn Khalda ibn Makhlad."

I suffered from an illness. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to pay a visit to me. He put his hands between my nipples and I felt its coolness at my heart. He said: You are a man suffering from heart sickness. Go to al-Harith ibn Kaladah, brother of Thaqif. He is a man who gives medical treatment. He should take seven ajwah dates of Medina and grind them with their kernels, and then put them into your mouth. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3875)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said one day, "O Abu Bakr, come, and O Umar, come. I have been commanded to reconcile between you by a revelation that has been sent down to me from the heavens. And you two are brothers in this world, and brothers in Paradise. So let each one of you greet his companion and shake hands with him." So Abu Bakr took the hand of Umar and smiled. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He who greets his companion will die before him." Then he said, "O Zubair, O Talha, come. I have been commanded to reconcile between you. And you two are brothers in this world, and brothers in Paradise. So let each one of you greet his companion and shake hands with him." And they did so. Then he said, "O Ali, come, O Ammar, come. I have been commanded to reconcile between you. And you two are brothers in this world, and brothers in Paradise. So let each one of you greet his companion and shake hands with him." And they did so. Then he said the same to Ubay ibn Ka'b and Ibn Mas'ud, and they did so. Then he said the same to Abu Darda and Salman, and they did so. Then he said the same to Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas and Suhaib, and they did so. Then he said it to Abu Dhar and Bilal, the slave of Mughira ibn Shu'ba, and they did so. Then he said, "O Usama, O Aba Hind, come. Be a gathering for cupping, as the Prophet ﷺ used to get cupped, and he would drink his own blood. So let each one of you do the same." He said the same to Abu Ayyub and to Abdullah ibn Salam, and they did so. And he mentioned the hadith.

"Sa'd bin 'Ubadah went out with the Prophet on one of his campaigns, and death came to his mother in Al-Madinah. It was said to her (as she was dying): 'Make a will.' She said: 'To whom shall I make a will? The wealth belongs to Sa'd.' Then she died before Sa'd came. When Sa'd came, he was told about that and he said: 'O Messenger of Allah, will it benefit her if I give in charity on her behalf?' The Prophet said: 'Yes.' Sa'd said: 'Such and such a garden is given in charity on her behalf' -regarding a garden that he named." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3650)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Rajab is a great month in which Allah multiplies the rewards. So whoever fasts for a day in Rajab, it is as if he has fasted for a whole year. And whoever fasts for seven days, the seven gates of Hell will be closed to him. And whoever fasts for eight days, the eight gates of Paradise will be opened for him. And whoever fasts for ten days, Allah will grant him whatever he asks for. And whoever fasts for fifteen days, a caller will announce in the heavens: 'May Allah forgive what has passed for you, so start anew.' And whoever does more, Allah will increase it. And in Rajab, Allah carried Noah in the ark, so he fasted in Rajab and commanded his companions to fast. The ark set sail with them for six months, until they landed on Mount Judi. And Noah and those with him expressed gratitude to Allah. And on the day of Ashura, Allah split the sea for the children of Israel. And on the day of Ashura, Allah accepted the repentance of Adam and the city of Yunus. And in Rajab, Ibrahim ﷺ was born."

[Machine] Narrated Sa'id bin 'Ubaid: In the time of the Prophet ﷺ , I was called "Al-Qari'" (the reciter). I encountered an enemy and was defeated by them. 'Umar said to me, "Do you have any relatives in Syria? Perhaps Allah will grant you favor there." I replied, "Only the enemy I ran away from." He then addressed them in Al-Qadisiyyah, saying, "Indeed, we will face the enemy tomorrow, if Allah wills, and we are destined to be martyrs. Do not wash our bodies or shroud us in anything but the clothes we are wearing."

I felt greatly distressed by the frequent flowing of prostatic fluid. For this reason I used to take a bath very often. I asked the apostle of Allah ﷺ about this. He replied: Ablution will be sufficient for you because of this. I asked: Messenger of Allah, what should I do if it smears my clothes. He replied: It is sufficient if you take a handful of water and sprinkle it on your clothe when you find it has smeared it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 210)

[Machine] "O people, rely on your own judgment, for by Allah, we will not take you to a decision that does not please us, except that which is easier for us and we know. This matter of yours will not increase except in difficulty and confusion. If you were to see me on the day of Abi Jandal, even if I found supporters for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I would deny it."
[Machine] Sahl ibn Hunaif used to say: "I have not seen anyone like the one who does not accuse his own judgment. We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for Hajj, and when we arrived in Makkah, he commanded us to make it an 'Umrah."

[Machine] On the authority of his uncle Sahl ibn Abi Hathma, he said: Habiba, the daughter of Sahl ibn Qays ibn Shammas al-Ansariyyah, disliked him, as he was a man of ill character. So she came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I cannot stand him, and if it weren't for the fear of Allah, I would spit in his face." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do you want to return his garden that he gave as a dowry to you?" I said, "Yes." So he sent for him, and she returned the garden to him, and they separated. This was the first divorce in Islam.

[Machine] The Prophet passed by Thul-Hulayfah and saw a ewe with her leg broken. He asked, "Do you find it easy on its owners?" They replied, "Yes." He said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, this ewe is easier on its owner than the world would be upon Allah. If the world held the weight of a mosquito's wing in the sight of Allah, He would not give a disbeliever a drink of water from it."

[Machine] With his chain, I witnessed the Prophet ﷺ when his cheek was broken and his face was injured. The egg was smashed on his head. I know who washed the blood off his face and who brought him water, and what was put on his wound until the blood stopped flowing. Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, washed the blood off his face and Ali carried water to her in a jug. When she washed the blood off her father's face, she burnt a mat until it turned to ashes. She then took some of the ashes and put them on his face until the blood stopped flowing. Then he said, "On that day, Allah's anger intensified against people who spoke ill of the Prophet's face." Then he sat for a while and said, "O Allah, forgive my people, for they do not know."
