The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi and the opening of Ha-Mim al-Mumin up to His saying, "Forgiver of sin and Accepter of repentance, severe in punishment, Possessor of bounty. There is no god except Him; to Him is the destination," [Ghafir 40:3], will not see anything he dislikes until evening. Prophet's ﷺ most beloved verse in Quran

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'What I love the more than this world what is in it is the āyah: "Say, O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."' (Zumar 39:53) A man then said: And what about the one who did shirk? The Prophet ﷺ was quiet and then said, "Except for the one who did shirk, except for the one who did shirk" three times.

[AI] "We used to say that there is no repentance for the one who is in temptation, and that Allah will not accept anything from him. But when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Madinah, the following verse was revealed about them: 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.' (Quran 39:53). Omar then said, 'I wrote these verses and sat on my camel. Then I circled around Madinah, and later on the Messenger of Allah ﷺ established himself in Makkah, waiting for the permission of Allah to migrate, along with his companions who were among the emigrants. Abu Bakr also waited for the permission to be granted to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ so that he could leave with him.'"

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent an invitation to Wahshi, who had killed Hamza, to embrace Islam. So he sent a message to him, saying, "O Muhammad, how can you invite me to your religion while claiming that those who kill, commit shirk, or commit adultery will face multiplied punishment on the Day of Judgment and be humiliated forever? And I have done all of that. So can you find any concession for me?" Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds; for them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Wahshi said, "O Muhammad, this is a severe condition. Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. Perhaps I am not capable of that." Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills." Wahshi said, "O Muhammad, I see doubt after the will. I do not know if I will be forgiven or not. Is there anything else?" Then Allah ﷻ revealed: "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful." Wahshi said, "This is enough." So he came and embraced Islam. The people said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about us if we have faced what Wahshi faced?" He said, "It is for all Muslims in general."

[AI] When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned from Hudaybiyah, this verse was revealed: "Indeed, We have given you a clear conquest that Allah may forgive for you what preceded of your sin and what will follow and complete His favor upon you and guide you to a straight path." [Quran 48:1-2]. The Muslims said, "O Messenger of Allah, congratulations on what Allah has given you! But what about us?" So this verse was revealed: "That He may admit the believing men and believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein eternally and remove from them their misdeeds - and ever is that, in the sight of Allah, a great achievement." [Quran 48:5].

[AI] "When this verse was revealed to the Prophet ﷺ , 'Indeed, We have granted you a clear conquest, so that Allah may forgive you your past and future sins' [Surah Al-Fath 2], he referred it to the people of Hudaybiyyah who were sad and distressed. He had just sacrificed the animals in Hudaybiyyah and said, 'Indeed, a verse has been revealed which is more beloved to me than the whole world.' They asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, we know what will happen to you, but what will happen to us?' So Allah revealed, 'So that He may admit the believing men and believing women to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally and remove from them their evil deeds. And that is, in the sight of Allah, a great achievement' [Surah Al-Fath 5]. Abdul Wahhab mentioned this narration and his companions were distressed and sad. He said, 'Congratulations and reward to you, O Messenger of Allah. Allah has revealed what will happen to you.'"

[AI] When we returned from Hudaybiyah, the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ were filled with sadness and sorrow as they had sacrificed their animals in their locations. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A verse has been revealed to me that is dearer to me than the entire world." We asked him, "What is it, O Messenger of Allah?" He recited, "Verily, We have given you a clear victory. That Allah may forgive you your sins of the past and the future, and complete His favor on you, and guide you on the Straight Path." (Quran 48:1-2) We said to him, "Congratulations to you, O Messenger of Allah! But what about us?" He recited, "That He may admit the believing men and believing women to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and remove from them their misdeeds, and that is, in the sight of Allah, the great success." (Quran 48:5) So, when we reached Khaybar, we saw the fortifications of the enemy, and the soldiers of the Prophet ﷺ turned back in fear. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Khaybar is destroyed. When we descend upon a people's land, then wretched is the morning of those who have been warned." The narration of Al-Hakam ibn Malik is considered weak because it is only transmitted through martyrdom.

He whom Allah guides has no one who can lead him astray, and he whom He leads astray has no one to guide him. I testify that there is no god but Allah, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Apostle. "You who believe,...fear Allah by Whom you ask your mutual rights, and reverence the wombs. Allah has been watching you." ..."you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and die only as Muslims" ...."you who believe, fear Allah as He should be feared, and die only as Muslims"....."you who believe, fear Allah and say what is true. He will make your deeds sound, and forgive your sins. He who obeys Allah and His Apostle has achieved a mighty success." The narrator, Muhammad ibn Sulayman, did mention the word "inna" (verily).

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught us the Tashahhud and the sermon as he taught us a Surah from the Quran. The greetings are for Allah, the prayers, and the good deeds. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. And the sermon: Praise be to Allah, we praise Him, seek His help and forgiveness. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. "Fear Allah, by whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed, Allah is ever, over you, an Observer." (Quran 4:1) "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment." (Quran 33:70-71)

quran:5:18

The Jews and the Christians say, ‘We are the children of God and His beloved ones.’ Say, ‘Then why does He punish you for your sins? You are merely human beings, part of His creation: He forgives whoever He will and punishes whoever He will. Control of the heavens and earth and all that is between them belongs to Him: all journeys lead to Him.’

quran:5:49

So [Prophet] judge between them according to what God has sent down. Do not follow their whims, and take good care that they do not tempt you away from any of what God has sent down to you. If they turn away, remember that God intends to punish them for some of the sins they have committed: a great many people are lawbreakers.

quran:9:102

And there are others who have confessed their wrongdoing, who have done some righteous deeds and some bad ones: God may well accept their repentance, for God is most forgiving and merciful.

quran:25:58

Put your trust in the Living [God] who never dies, and celebrate His praise. He knows the sins of His servants well enough:
