13. Chapter of Sīn (Male)
١٣۔ بَابُ السِّينِ
”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2182)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا»
The Prophet ﷺ said: Any woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first woman who is married by two guardians (to two different men) belongs to the first of them and anything sold by a man to two persons belongs to the first of them. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2088)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When two men marry a woman, the first has a greater right. And when two men make a purchase, the first has a greater right."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا زَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ بَيْعًا فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a woman is married to two husbands, she belongs to the first of them. And when a transaction is made between two men, it belongs to the first of them."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا نُكِحَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
