[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When two men marry a woman, the first has a greater right. And when two men make a purchase, the first has a greater right."  

الطبراني:٦٨٤٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ ابْنُ عَائِشَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالُوا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا زَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ بَيْعًا فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْبَيِّعَانِ فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»
