13. Chapter of Sīn (Male)
[Machine] He heard Ibn Al-Akwa' saying, "I said, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I am in the hunting grounds and I want to perform Salah, but I only have one garment." He said, "Wear it, even if you cannot find anything other than a thorny branch."
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever attributes to me something that I have not said, let him take his place in Hell." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 34)
[Machine] I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , on the day of Hudaybiyah, then I stepped aside. He said, "O Salamah, don't you pledge allegiance?" I said, "I have already pledged allegiance." He said, "Come forward and pledge allegiance." So I approached and pledged allegiance to him. I said, "For what reason did you pledge allegiance, O Abu Muslim?" He said, "For death."
[Machine] I participated in seven battles with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I also participated in seven battles with Zaid ibn Haritha, as he was appointed over us.
[Machine] I participated in seven battles with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : Uhud, Hunayn, Khaybar, Al-Hudaybiyah, and the Battle of the Day of the Trench. He said, "And I forgot the rest of them."
[Machine] I heard a young boy saying, "The vaccine of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was taken." I asked, "Who took it?" He said, "Ghatafan and Fazara." So, I climbed the Thaniyah (a mountain) and said, "O Sabahah! O Sabahah!" Then, I started following their tracks until I retrieved it from them. Then, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came with some of his companions. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, the people are thirsty, and we have hurried them to precede us in drinking." He said, "O son of Al-Akwa', hold on and wait, for the people of Ghatafan are coming."
[Machine] I saw the Prophet ﷺ perform ablution once, wipe his head once, and greet once.
[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi reported that Hatim ibn Ismail narrated from Yazid ibn Abi 'Ubayd from Salamah ibn al-Akwa' who said, "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , made me ride his camel until we entered the city (of Madinah)."
[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Hatim ibn Ismail narrated from Yazid ibn Abi Ubaid from Salamah ibn Al-Akwa' that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the eve of the Battle of Khaybar: "Tomorrow, I will give the flag to a man whom Allah and His Messenger love, and Allah will grant victory to him." Then, Ali ibn Abi Talib appeared, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave him the flag. So, Allah granted him victory.

[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Hatim narrated from Yazid ibn Abi 'Ubaid from Salamah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a caller on the day of Ashura, calling out, "Whoever did not fast, let him complete the rest of his day, and whoever fasted, let him complete his fast."

[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Hatim narrated from Yazid who narrated from Salamah that he said: I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when a funeral passed by. It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we attend to it?" He said, "Did he leave any debt?" They said, "No." He said, "Does he owe anything?" They said, "No." So he prayed the funeral prayer. Then, while I was standing, another funeral was brought. He asked, "Does he owe anything?" They said, "No." He said, "Did he leave anything?" They said, "Yes, three dinars." He said, "Three Qiyas (measuring practitioners) then." Then we stayed as long as Allah wished, and another funeral was brought. He asked, "Did he leave anything?" They said, "No." He asked, "Does he owe anything?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Pray on your companion." Abu Qatadah said: "O Messenger of Allah, what was his debt?" So he prayed on him.
[Machine] Al-Qa'ni narrated, Hatim narrated from Yazid ibn Abi 'Ubayd, who narrated from Salamah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a group of Muslims who were shooting arrows with inaccuracy. He said, 'Shoot, O offspring of Isma'il! Your father was also an archer. Shoot, and I am with the group of so-and-so.' One of the two groups took hold of their arrows and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked them, 'Why are you not shooting?' They replied, 'We are shooting, O Messenger of Allah, while you are with them?' He said, 'Shoot, and I am with all of you.'"

[Machine] The translation of the passage is: "When the wind became intense, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, 'O Allah, make it a beneficial wind and not a harmful one.'"
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one should make a false oath on the pulpit, otherwise he will take his seat in the Hellfire."
[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated from Hatim, who narrated from Yazid ibn Abi Ubayd, who reported from Salamah ibn al-Akwa that he entered upon Al-Hajjaj and said, "O son of al-Akwa, have you turned back on your heels and apostacized?" He replied, "No, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted me permission for grazing livestock in the desert."
[Machine] "He used to prostrate at the place of the Quran, glorifying and remembering that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek out that place."
[Machine] Give me your weapon, and I gave it to him. Then I came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Give me a weapon." He asked, "Where is your weapon?" I said, "I gave it to Aamir, my uncle." He said, "I cannot find anyone who resembles you except for the one who said, 'Give me a brother who is dearer to me than myself.' So he gave me his bow, arrows, and three arrowheads from his quiver."
[Machine] A catastrophe struck us on the day of Khaybar, and people started lighting fires. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "What are these fires?" They replied, "The hawthorn trees." He said, "Pour what is in them (the pots) and break the pots." A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, should we pour what is in them (the pots) and wash them?" He said, "That is also acceptable."
