[Machine] That men and women during the time of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to perform ablution together in one vessel.
We (men) and women during the life-time of the Apostle of Allaah ( sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) used to perform ablution from one vessel. We all put our hands in it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 80)
[Machine] My hand and the hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ differed regarding a single vessel for ablution. Al-Bukhari said: "This is Salim, the son of Sarj, also known as Ibn Khurboodh, Abu An-Nu'man." Some of them said: "He is the son of An-Nu'man." Al-Bukhari said: "He is the freed slave of Umm Sabiyyah, whose name was Khawlah bint Qais." Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Al-Farsi informed us: "I am Ibrahim ibn Abdullah Al-Asbahani." Abu Ahmad ibn Faris narrated from Muhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari, and he mentioned it.
