[Machine] I was preparing to travel with the camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , but I became junub (ritually impure) on a cold night. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ intended to depart, but I disliked traveling with his camel while being junub and I feared that if I washed with cold water, I would die. So, I remembered the hadith (narration) and then I placed some stones, heated them, and used them to warm water. I performed ghusl (ritual purification bath) and then caught up with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He said, "O Asla, why do I see your camel flinching?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I did not travel with it." And I mentioned the narration to him until I said, "So I heated water and performed ghusl."  

كُنْتُ أُرَحِّلُ نَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَصَابَتْنِي جَنَابَةٌ فِي لَيْلَةٍ بَارِدَةٍ وَأَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الرَّاحِلَةَ فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ أُرَحِّلَ نَاقَتَهُ وَأَنَا جُنُبٌ وَخَشِيتُ أَنْ أَغْتَسِلَ بِالْمَاءِ الْبَارِدِ فَأَمُوتَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ ثُمَّ وَضَعْتُ أَحْجَارًا فَأَسْخَنْتُ فِيهَا مَاءً فَاغْتَسَلْتُ ثُمَّ لَحِقْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا أَسْلَعُ مَا لِي أَرَى رَاحِلَتَكَ تَضْطَرِبُ؟ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ لَمْ أُرَحِّلْهَا وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَأَسْخَنْتُ مَاءً فَاغْتَسَلْتُ
