1. Purification
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the consumption of any animal with fangs from among the wild beasts and any bird with talons.
[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ wrote to them: "Do not derive any pleasure from eating dead animals (carrion)."
[Machine] "For it is dead, as it is mentioned in the new book and narrated in the old one, just like..."
[Machine] And from Tawus and Umar ibn Abdul Aziz that they detested it.
[Machine] On the authority of Thawban, the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to make his last words in his family to be a person of his family. His last visit before departing would be to Fatimah, and the first person to enter upon her when he arrived was Fatimah. He came once from a battle and found a cloth or curtain hanging on her door. He asked about it and was told, "This was hung to screen her from your sight." So he tore it and broke the two silver hearts (on it) and then entered upon them, both of them were weeping. So he took them and said, "O Thawban, take this to the people of such and such lineage in Madinah, for these are my family and I dislike them to eat from their good things of this worldly life." So Thawban said, "I bought for Fatimah a necklace from beads and two ivory bracelets." Abu Ahmad bin Adi Al-Hafiz Humaid Ash-Shami said, "This Hadith has been disapproved (Munkar) from him, besides this Hadith, I do not know anything else from him." Abu Sa'id Al-Malini informed us, saying: I am Abu Ahmad bin Adi bin Abi Issma Thana, Abu Talib Ahmad bin Hamaidah informed us, saying: I asked Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal about Humaid Ash-Shami. He replied, "I do not know him." Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz and Abu Abdullah Ar-Rahman As-Sulami and Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Ushnani said: I am Abu Al-Husayn Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abdus. Sami'atu Uthman bin Sa'id Ad-Darimi saying: I asked Yahya bin Mu'in about Humaid Ash-Shami. He replied, "I do not know them." And another disapproved (Munkar) Hadith was reported by him.

[Machine] When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ would go to sleep at night, he would place his ritual purification (taharah) and his toothbrush (siwak) and comb (miswak) next to him. When Allah (SWT) would wake him up at night, he would use the toothbrush and perform ablution (wudu) and comb his hair. 'Uthman said, "This is something unknown." The sheikh replied that this narration from unknown sources is weak. Abu Sulayman al-Khattabi said Asma'iyy reported that the word "aaj" refers to the faded ivory, which is also known as the bony back of the sea turtle. As for the ivory that is known to the general public, it refers to the tusks of the elephant and it is a dead substance that is not permissible to be used.
