1. Purification
[Machine] I met a man who accompanied the Prophet ﷺ just as Abu Hurairah accompanied him for four years. He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade us from wiping ourselves with water every day or urinating in the place of washing, or a woman washing herself due to a man's seminal discharge, or a man washing himself due to a woman's discharge. Instead, they should both perform ghusl (ritual bathing). Abu Ali Ar-Ruwdhbari reported to us on the authority of Abu Bakr bin Dasa, who narrated from Abu Dawud, who narrated from Ahmad bin Yunus, who narrated from Zuhair, who narrated from Dawud bin Abdullah who mentioned it in the same manner except that it does not include the statement "they should both perform ghusl." The narrators of this hadith are trustworthy, except that Humaid did not mention the companion who narrated it, so he can be considered as a confident narrator, but not a connected one, except that he is a good mursal narrator, if not for his contradiction of established and continuous hadiths. Dawud bin Abdullah Al-Awdi did not cite this hadith as evidence, and the Shaykhs Bukhari and Muslim did not use it as evidence. May Allah have mercy on them.
[Machine] About a man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said that the Prophet ﷺ forbade performing ablution from the leftover water of a woman's ablution. Yunus said, "This was narrated to us by Abu Dawood."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited a man from performing ablution based on the ablution of a woman. This was narrated by Mahmoud ibn Ghailan from Abu Dawud At-Tayalisi as such, except that he (the Prophet) said "or based on her wudu". This was also narrated by Wahb ibn Jarir from Shu'bah.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited the consumption of a woman's urine, and he did not know the virtue of her urine or the virtue of her drink. This was narrated by Shu'bah from Sulaiman al-Taymi.
The Messenger of Allah forbade men to perform ablution with the left over water by a woman. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 373)
[Machine] On the authority of a man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ from the tribe of Ghifar, it was mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ prohibited a man from purifying himself with the remnants of a woman's ablution, and so forth.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the exaggeration in the ablution of women and similar.
[Machine] The woman performs ablution and cleanses herself due to the ritual purification of the man, and the man does not perform ablution due to the ritual purification of the woman nor her cleanliness. Ali said, "This is suspended and it is more correct." The scholar said, "It has been reported to me from Abu Isa At-Tirmidhi from Muhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari that he said, 'The hadith of Abdullah ibn Sargis in this chapter is authentic, and whoever denies it is mistaken.'"
