1. Purification
١۔ كِتَابُ الطَّهَارَة
[Machine] In His saying {And if you are ill or on a journey} [Quran 4:43], it is stated that if a man has a surgery for the sake of Allah, or has a wound or smallpox, and is afraid that he might die if he takes a full bath, then he should perform dry ablution. This is based on the narration of Abu Bakr ibn Ali. And so on.
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ} [النساء 43] قَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ بِالرَّجُلِ الْجِرَاحَةُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوِ الْقَرْحُ أَوِ الْجُدَرِيُّ فَيُجْنِبُ فَيَخَافُ إِنِ اغْتَسَلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ وَكَذَلِكَ
[Machine] So let him perform tayammum (dry ablution) and then offer the prayer.
فَلْيَتَيَمَّمُ وَلْيُصَلِّ
[Machine] Permission is granted for the patient to perform Tayammum using sand.
رُخِّصَ لِلْمَرِيضِ التَّيَمُّمُ بِالصَّعِيدِ
