Al-Bukhari said: "This is Salim, the son of Sarj, also known as Ibn Khurboodh, Abu An-Nu'man." Some of them said: "He is the son of An-Nu'man." Al-Bukhari said: "He is the freed slave of Umm Sabiyyah, whose name was Khawlah bint Qais." Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Al-Farsi informed us: "I am Ibrahim ibn Abdullah Al-Asbahani." Abu Ahmad ibn Faris narrated from Muhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari, and he mentioned it.
