[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ kissed Hassan and Al-Aqra’ bin Habis said to him, “I have ten children whom I have never kissed.” The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever does not show mercy will not be shown mercy by Allah.”
[Machine] Go to that sheikh and say to him, "My uncle, Isa bin Talha, says to you, 'Have you seen the Messenger of Allah?'" So I went to him and he said, "Yes, I have seen him. I entered upon him along with a young boy and found him eating dates from a mask and there were people with him from his companions. He took a handful of those dates for us and wiped our heads with it."
[Machine] He came and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was delivering a sermon from the pulpit, so he asked him, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), "Did you pray (the obligatory prayer)?" He said, "No." He (the Messenger of Allah) said, "Then pray two units (of voluntary prayer) in which you seek exoneration in them."
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said: "Perform ablution from the meat of camels and do not perform ablution from the meat of sheep. Pray in the sheepfolds and do not pray in the blessed areas of camels."

[Machine] I saw the Prophet ﷺ at the stones of the Zayt while he was covering his face with his palms and supplicating.

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us while my father was dying, so he wiped him from his forehead to his feet, as if I were seeing droplets of saliva on his body."

[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and I heard from him (something) that reached my ears. We carried wheat from Al-Balqaa to Al-Madinah, so we sold it and wanted to buy dates from Al-Madinah, but they prevented us. So we came to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him. The Prophet ﷺ said to those who prevented us, "Doesn't it suffice you to allow them to buy this food in return for the high price they pay for these dates that they carry?" And Simeon, a Christian servant from Al-Balqaa, embraced Islam and his Islam was good, and he lived for 120 years.

He then went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ spoke harshly to Zinba and freed him from him. Zinba said, 'Advise me, O Messenger of Allah.' He ﷺ said, 'I advise every Muslim.'"

"Abdul-'Aziz bin 'Abdul-Malik bin Abu Mahdhurah narrated from 'Abdullah bin muhairiz who was an orphan under the care of Abu Mahdhurah bin mi'yar that when he was preparing him to travel to Sham, he said: 'O my uncle, I am going out to Sham, and I will be asked about how you started the Adhan.' So he informed me that. Abu Mahdhurah said: 'I went out with a group of people, and we were somewhere on the road, when the Mu'adh-dhin of the Messenger of Allah gave the call to prayer in the presence of the Messenger of Allah. We heard the voice of the Mu'adh-dhin, and we were shunning it (the Adhan), so we started yelling, imitating it and mocking it. The Messenger of Allah heard us, so he sent some people who brought us to sit in front of him. He said: 'Who is the one whose voice I heard so loud?' The people all pointed to me, and they were telling the truth. He sent them all away, but kept me there and said to me: 'Stand up and give the call to prayer.' I stood up and there was nothing more hateful to me than the Messenger of Allah and what he was telling me to do. I stood up in front of the Messenger of Allah and the Messenger of Allah himself taught me the call. He said: "Say: 'Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar; Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah, Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah; Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah, Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah (Allah is the Most great, Allah is the most Great, Allah is the most Great, Allah is the most Great; I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah).'" Then he said: "Raise your voice (and say). Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah, Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah; Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah, Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah; Hayya 'alal-salah, Hayya 'alal-salah; Hayya 'alal-falah, Hayya 'alal-falah; Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar; La ilaha illallah (I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; Come to the Prayer, Come to the Prayer; Come to the prosperity, Come to the prosperity; Allah is the Most great, Allah is the Most Great; None has the right to be worshipped but Allah).'" Then he called me when I had finished saying the Adhan, and gave me a small bag in which there was some silver. Then he put his hand on the forelock of Abu Mahdhurah, then passed it over his face, then over his chest, and over his heart, until the hand of the Messenger of Allah reached his navel. Then the Messenger of Allah said: 'May Allah bless you and send blessings upon you.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, do you command me to give the call to prayer in Makkah?' He said: 'Yes, I command you (to do so).' Then all the hatred I had felt towards the Messenger of Allah disappeared, and was replaced with love for the Messenger of Allah. I came to 'Attab bin Asid, the governor of the Messenger of Allah in Makkah, and gave the call to prayer with him by command of the Messenger of Allah." (Sahih)He ('Abdul-'Aziz) said: "Someone who met Abu Mahdhurah told me the same as 'Abdullah bin Muhairiz told me." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 708)

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) taught me the call to prayer (adhan) verbatim; Allah is most great, Allah is most great, Allah is most great, Allah is most great; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that there is no god but Allah. I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation. He used to pronounce “prayer is better than sleep” in the dawn prayer. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 504)
[Machine] Abu Mahdhurah, I went out with the Prophet ﷺ along with ten young men to Hunayn and they were the most hated people to us. They called the adhan and we started mocking them. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Bring me those young men." They answered the adhan and I was the last one. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, this is the one whose voice I heard. Go and call the people of Makkah for prayer and tell 'Attab Ibn Usaid that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered me to call the people of Makkah for prayer and to wipe my forehead." He said, "Say: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, twice. Then say, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, twice. Come to prayer, Come to success, twice. Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah. When you call the first adhan of Fajr, say: Prayer is better than sleep, Prayer is better than sleep. When you establish the prayer, say it twice: The prayer has begun, have you heard? Abu Mahdhurah never wiped his face nor parted his hair, because the Prophet ﷺ wiped his forehead. Abu al-Qasim, Uthman, the one who narrated this hadith from Ibn Jurayj, is Uthman bin Al-Sa'ib, a freed slave of Bani Jumah.

If it is the morning prayer, you must pronounce; prayer is better than sleep, prayer is better than sleep, Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 500)

[Machine] Tell me about the call to prayer of your father to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ? He said, he would begin by saying Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest), then he would say, "I bear witness that there is no god except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to prayer. Come to success." He would repeat this twice and then he would say, "I bear witness that there is no god except Allah. I bear witness that there is no god except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." Until he reached the end of the call to prayer, saying, "Allah is the greatest. Allah is the greatest. There is no god except Allah."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ assigned the Banu Abd al-Muttalib to provide water, and he assigned the Banu Abd al-Dar to provide protection, he also granted us and our supporters the call to prayer.
[Machine] I used to give the adhan (call to prayer) for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Fajr prayer. When I say in the first adhan, "As-salatu khayrun minan-nawm" (prayer is better than sleep).
[Machine] I heard Abu Mahdhurah say, "I was a young boy when I stood in front of the Prophet ﷺ during the day of Hunayn, and when I finished calling the adhan, the Prophet ﷺ said to me, 'Join the congregation of prayer as it is better than sleep.'"
[Machine] I asked Abu Mahdhurah, "How did you give the adhan for the Prophet, ﷺ ? What did you say at the end of your adhan?" He said, "I would say, 'I testify that there is no god but Allah' at the end of my adhan."
"The final words of the Adhan are: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; La ilaha illallah (Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is none worthy of worship except Allah.)'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 649)
[Machine] There is no deity but Allah, and Allah is the greatest.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The mu'adhins (callers to prayer) are entrusted with the Muslims' predispositions and suhoor (pre-dawn meal)."
[Machine] To me, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you hear the call to Maghrib prayer, move quickly as the sun sets."
