13. Chapter of Sīn (Male) (11/36)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be waiting for you at the Hawd (a pond in paradise). Whoever comes to me, he will drink, and whoever drinks, he will never thirst again. Surely there will be people who I will recognize due to their familiarity with me, but then they will be prevented from reaching me."
[Machine] The Prophet passed by Thul-Hulayfah and saw a ewe with her leg broken. He asked, "Do you find it easy on its owners?" They replied, "Yes." He said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, this ewe is easier on its owner than the world would be upon Allah. If the world held the weight of a mosquito's wing in the sight of Allah, He would not give a disbeliever a drink of water from it."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to eat dates with melon.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3326)
[Machine] With his chain, I witnessed the Prophet ﷺ when his cheek was broken and his face was injured. The egg was smashed on his head. I know who washed the blood off his face and who brought him water, and what was put on his wound until the blood stopped flowing. Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, washed the blood off his face and Ali carried water to her in a jug. When she washed the blood off her father's face, she burnt a mat until it turned to ashes. She then took some of the ashes and put them on his face until the blood stopped flowing. Then he said, "On that day, Allah's anger intensified against people who spoke ill of the Prophet's face." Then he sat for a while and said, "O Allah, forgive my people, for they do not know."
[Machine] That Abu Usaid got married, so he invited the Prophet ﷺ to his wedding. His wife was serving us and she was giving us wine that she had prepared overnight.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, everything has a sleep, and the sleep of the Qur'an is Surah Al-Baqarah. Whoever recites it in his house at night, no devil will enter it for three nights, and whoever recites it in his house during the day, no devil will enter it for three days."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ returned from a battle on a hot day, and cold water was provided for him to cool down. When the Prophet ﷺ finished, he raised his hands until they were visible from the garment and said, "May Allah protect you, O uncle, and your descendants from the Hellfire."

[Machine] We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and when we met the pagans, we fought them until we scattered and some of us were with them in the evening. Both groups were exhausted and tired, except for one man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ who didn't get tired or leave any enemies except that he killed them. The people were amazed by his patience, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever wants to see a man from the people of Hell, let him look at this man." A man from the people said, "By Allah, I will be the companion of someone like him until I see what will happen." He then got injured and became fearful of death. He took his sword and placed it against his chest and then leaned on it until it came out from his back. The man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him about it, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Truly, a person may do deeds apparent to the people in the world, which seem to be the deeds of the people of Paradise, while in fact, he is one of the people of Hell. Also, a person may do deeds apparent to the people in the world, which seem to be the deeds of the people of Hell, while in fact, he is one of the people of Paradise."

[Machine] A dispute occurred between the tribes of Bani Amr ibn Awf, to the extent that they began throwing stones at each other. This incident was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ , so he went out to reconcile between them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was held back until Bilal called the Adhan (call to prayer), then he went to Abu Bakr and said to him, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has been delayed, would you lead the prayer?" Abu Bakr replied, "Yes." He led the prayer, and when the Prophet ﷺ arrived, he stood beside Abu Bakr, raised his hands and then led the people in prayer. After the prayer, the people praised Abu Bakr, and the Prophet ﷺ did not look back during his prayer. The Prophet ﷺ moved through the people until Abu Bakr heard his footsteps behind him and went to move back, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Stay where you are, O Abu Bakr, continue to pray with us." Abu Bakr lifted his hands to the sky, intending to prolong the prayer, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ advanced and led the people in prayer. When the prayer ended, he asked Abu Bakr, "O Abu Bakr, what prevented you from praying with the people when I commanded you to lead them in prayer?" Abu Bakr replied, "O Messenger of Allah, by my father and mother, it was not appropriate for the son of Abu Quhafa to lead the prayer in front of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ." The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Did you raise your hands to the sky?" Abu Bakr answered, "I praised Allah when you commanded me to lead the prayer with you, then I turned to face the people." The Prophet ﷺ then said to the people, "O people, what is the matter with you during your prayer when something happens that you start clapping? Clapping is only done by women. Whoever experiences something in their prayer should glorify Allah and the one behind them should turn to them."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah said, "Verily, Islam began as something strange and it will return to being strange, so blessed are the strangers." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, who are the strangers?" He replied, "Those who correct themselves when the people have gone astray."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us one day while we were sitting in a gathering that included 'Amr ibn al-'As and his son. He said, "How do you see if you delay in a time when the lowly among the people, whose covenants and oaths have become mixed up and entangled, start to conflict and become like this?" And he interlaced his fingers. They said, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said, "You take what you know and leave what you disagree with, and each of you indulges in his own personal matters while ignoring the affairs of the general public."
[Machine] Ali ibn Abi Talib came with water in a container, meaning a shield, on the day of Uhud. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ washed his face with it and said, "This water has turned cold." It means it has changed. He said, "Fatima took a piece of mat and burned it and put it on his wound."

[Machine] A conversation occurred between Ali and Fatima. Ali became angry and threw himself onto the ground. The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , asked Fatima about it and she said that they had a discussion and he left angry. The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , went out and found Ali sleeping on the ground. He woke him up and began wiping the dirt off his back, saying "You are indeed the father of dirt." Sahl ibn Sa'd said, "We used to praise him with this, but when some people started using it as an insult."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Beware of the minor sins, for they are like a group of people who descended into a valley, and one of them brought a stick and another brought a stick, until they were able to gather enough firewood to bake their bread. Indeed, the minor sins, when they accumulate, destroy their doer."
