53.244 [Machine] Discussion of the Differences in a Branch

٥٣۔٢٤٤ ذِكْرُ الِاخْتِلَافِ عَلَى شُعْبَةَ

nasai-kubra:10505 – ʿAmr b. Yazīd > Bahz b. Asad > Shuʿbah > Salamah And Zubayd > Dhar > Ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Abzá from his father

"Shu'bah narrated to us, from Salamah and Zubaid, from Dharr, from Ibn Abdur-Rahman bin Abza from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in Witr: "Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;" and "Say: O you disbelievers!;' and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One.' And when he said the taslim, he would say: Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy) three times, raising his voice the third time." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1732)  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٥٠٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ وَزُبَيْدٌ عَنْ ذَرٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ «سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ» ثَلَاثًا يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ بِالثَّالِثَةِ

"Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Salamah and Zubaid informed me, from Dharr, from Ibn 'Abdur-Rahman bn Abza from Abdur-Rahman, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in Witr: "Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;" and "Say: O you disbelievers!;' and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One.' And when he said the taslim, he would say: Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy) three times, raising his voice with Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus the third time." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1733)   

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٥٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَلَمَةُ وَزُبَيْدٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْوِتْرِ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ «سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ» وَيَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ بِالثَّالِثَةِ [272] وَافَقَهُ مَنْصُورٌ فَرَوَاهُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ ذَرًّا

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in witr: Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;" and "Say: O you disbelievers!;' and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One.' And when he said the taslim, he would say: Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy) three times, elongating his words the third time." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1734)

عَنْ أَبِيهِ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُوتِرُ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ وَكَانَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ وَفَرَغَ قَالَ «سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ» ثَلَاثًا يُطَوِّلُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ
