"I heard Abu Hurairah say: 'I came back (from a journey) with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he heard a man reciting 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One, Allah-us-Samad (the Self-Sufficient Master). He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none equal or comparable unto Him.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'It is guaranteed.' We asked him: 'What, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Paradise.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 994)

[Machine] A man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ said, "I was walking with the Prophet ﷺ when I heard a man reciting, 'Say, O disbelievers' [Surah Al-Kafirun 1], until he finished it. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'This has absolved him of shirk (associating partners with Allah).' Then we continued walking and heard another man reciting, 'Say, He is Allah, [who is] One' [Surah Al-Ikhlas 1]. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'As for this, he has been forgiven.'"

[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and as we were walking, a man from the group recited "Say, 'O disbelievers...'" (Surah Al-Kafirun, verse 1). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for your companion, he has been acquitted of polytheism." So I went to see who it was and gave him the good news. Then another man recited "Say, 'He is Allah, [who is] One...'" (Surah Al-Ikhlas, verse 1). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for your companion, his sins have been forgiven."
