"When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived from Tabuk, the people went out to Thaniyyah Al-Wada' to meet him." As-Sa'ib said: "I went out with the people, and I was a boy." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1718)   

لَمَّا قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ تَبُوكَ خَرَجَ النَّاسُ يَتَلَقَّوْنَهُ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَخَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّاسِ وَأَنَا غُلَامٌ فَتَلَقَّيْنَاهُ  

[Machine] I went out with the boys to meet the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the farewell area, before the Battle of Tabuk. Sufyan once mentioned the arrival of the Prophet ﷺ from Tabuk.  

خَرَجْتُ مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ نَتَلَقَّى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ مَقْدَمَهُ مِنْ غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً أَذْكُرُ مَقْدَمَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَمَّا قَدِمَ مِنْ تَبُوكَ
