١٣۔ كِتَابُ الْبُيُوعِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited the practice of two sales in one sale, and in a narration, Yahya said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two sales in one sale. أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ يَحْيَى قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ يَعْنِي يَقُولُ هُوَ لَكَ بِنَقْدٍ بِعَشَرَةٍ وَبِنَسِيئَةٍ بِعِشْرِينَ وَكَذَلِكَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever sells two sales in one transaction, he has the option to take one of them or receive riba (interest)." Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us, Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al-Saydalani narrated to us, Ismail ibn Qutaybah narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Yahya ibn Zakariya mentioned it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ فَلَهُ أَوْكَسُهُمَا أَوِ الرِّبَا أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا فَذَكَرَهُ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited the sale of debt and the combination of two sales in one transaction, and the sale of what you do not own. The Prophet ﷺ said, "It is forbidden to sell what is not in your possession."
