This is a statement mentioned in the summaries of Al-Bouyuti, Ar-Rabi and Ibn Abi Al-Jarud, which is narrated by Abu Abdul Rahman Ahmad bin Yahya Ash-Shafi'i Al-Baghdadi from Ash-Shafi'i. He cited a hadith from Malik regarding the raw materials, and we mentioned it. ١٠۔٩٩ بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ: لَا شَيْءَ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَحُولَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَوْلُ مَنْ يوْمِ اسْتِفَادِهِ هَذَا قَوْلٌ مَذْكُورٌ فِي مُخْتَصَرِ الْبُوَيْطِيِّ وَالرَّبِيعِ وَابْنِ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ مَنْصُوصٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى الشَّافِعِيِّ الْبَغْدَادِيِّ عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَاحْتَجَّ بِحَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ فِي الْمَعَادِنِ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَاهُ. قَالَ: وَقَدْ رَوَى ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِخَمْسَةِ أَوَاقٍ مِنْ مَعْدِنٍ فَلَمْ يَأْخُذْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا وَهَذَا خِلَافُ رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ.
