[Machine] In others, what I love the most is that he is either a wrongdoer, and I do not like to be in his vicinity, or he is righteous and I do not like his bones to be dug up. Malik informed me that Aisha said, "Breaking the bone of a dead person is like breaking the bone of a living person." Ash-Shafi'i said, "This means in terms of the grave sin." The sheikh said, "And this hadith has been narrated as connected and elevated."
[Machine] "He ﷺ said, 'Breaking the bone of a dead person is like breaking it while he is alive.' Abu Tahir informed us, Ahmad informed us, Abdul Razzaq narrated to us from Ibn Jurayj, from Sa'd ibn Sa'id, the brother of Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Umrah, from Aisha, from the Prophet ﷺ , a narration similar to the narration of Dawud."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Breaking a dead man's bone is like breaking it when he is alive. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3207)
