حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِحَدِيثَيْنِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The example of the believers is like that of a conversation."  

أحمد:١٨٣٧٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَامِرًا يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَثَلُالْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:18732 – Abū Nuʿaym > Sufyān > Maʿbad b. Khālid > Ḥārithah b. Wahbal-Khuzāʿī

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 2556c)   

أحمد:١٨٧٣٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَارِثَةَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ الْخُزَاعِيَّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:17131 – ʿAbd al-Ṣamad from my father > Ḥusayn > Ibn Buraydah > Bushayr b. Kaʿb al-ʿAdawī > Shaddād b. Aws

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best form of seeking forgiveness is to mention this Hadith."  

أحمد:١٧١٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بُشَيْرُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ الْعَدَوِيُّ أَنَّ شَدَّادَ بْنَ أَوْسٍ حَدَّثَهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ سَيِّدُ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:23431 – Muḥammad b. Jaʿfar > Shuʿbah > Sulaymān > Zayd b. WahbYuḥaddith > Ḥudhayfah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ narrated to us with two narrations, one of which I have seen while waiting for the other, so he mentioned the narration.

حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِحَدِيثَيْنِ قَدْ رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا وَأَنَا أَنْتَظِرُ الْآخَرَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:21999 – ʿAbd al-Aʿlá > Yūnus > Ḥumayd b. Hilāl > Hiṣṣān b. al-Kāhil

أحمد:٢١٩٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ هِصَّانَ بْنِ الْكَاهِلِ قَالَ وَكَانَ أَبُوهُ كَاهِنًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ فِي إِمَارَةِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ فَإِذَا شَيْخٌ أَبْيَضُ الرَّأْسِ وَاللِّحْيَةِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:17579 – Muḥammad b. ʿUbayd > Ismāʿīl > Qays > Dukayn b. Saʿīd

[Machine] We met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the hadith.  

أحمد:١٧٥٧٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ دُكَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:17580 – Yaʿlá And Muḥammad Āb.ā ʿUbayd > Ismāʿīl > Qays > Dukayn b. Saʿīd al-Muzanī

[Machine] We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he mentioned the narration.  

أحمد:١٧٥٨٠ – حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى وَمُحَمَّدٌ ابْنَا عُبَيْدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ دُكَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ قَالَ

أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

ahmad:18099 – Surayj > ʿAbd al-Wāḥid > Abū Rawq ʿAṭiyyah b. al-Ḥārith > ʿUbaydullāh b. Khalīfaha > Ṣafwān b. ʿAssāl

[Machine] We sent the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a secret mission and he mentioned a story similar to the story of Prophet Yunus.  

أحمد:١٨٠٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ أَبِي رَوْقٍ عَطِيَّةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَعَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ قَالَ

بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ  

ahmad:15591 – Rawḥ > Ḥammād > ʿAlī b. Zayd > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Abū Bakrah > al-Aswad b. Sarīʿ

"I came to the Messenger of Allah" and he mentioned something similar. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4176)   

أحمد:١٥٥٩١ – حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

tabarani:394 – Abū Ḥuṣayn > Yaḥyá > Abū Muʿāwiyah > al-Aʿmash > Abū Ẓabyān > Usāmah

[Machine] "We sent the messenger of Allah ﷺ to Al-Hurqat, and he mentioned the tradition."  

الطبراني:٣٩٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ

«بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْحُرُقَاتِ» فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
