[Machine] I witnessed the Prophet ﷺ praying the Sunnah after the fifth prayer in the beginning, and the third prayer before returning. Abu Abdur-Rahman said, "I heard my father say, 'There is no man in the Levant who narrates hadith better than Sa'id ibn Abd al-Aziz al-Tanukhi, the hadith of a companion of the Prophet ﷺ.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Sham (Greater Syria) will be opened for you. And when you are given the choice of dwellings in it, then choose the city known as Damascus, for it is the stronghold of the Muslims from the battles and its outskirts extend to a land called Al-Ghouta."

"Indeed there is a fitnah for every Ummah, and the Fitnah for my Ummah is wealth." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2336)
“I asked the Prophet ﷺ: ‘O Messenger of Allah, is it tribalism if a man loves his people?’ He said: ‘No, rather tribalism is when a man helps his people to do wrong.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3949)
8.56 [Machine] Ziyad bin Labid
“The Prophet ﷺ mentioned something and said: ‘That will be at the time when knowledge (of Qur’an) disappears.’ I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, how will knowledge disappear when we read the Qur’an and teach it to our children, until the Day of Resurrection?’ He said: ‘May your mother be bereft of you, Ziyad! I thought that you were the wisest man in Al- Madinah. Is it not the case that these Jews and Christians read the Tawrah and the Injil, but they do not act upon anything of what is in them?’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4048)
8.57 [Machine] Yazid bin Al-Aswad Al-Aamiri, from those who descended to Syria
I attended Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in Masjid al-Khayf. When he finished praying, he saw two men at the back of the people who had not prayed with him. He said: “Bring them here.” So they were brought to him, trembling. He said: “What kept you from praying with us?” They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah ﷺ we had already prayed in our homes.' He said: “Do not do that. If you have already prayed in your homes, then you come to a masjid in which there is a congregation, then pray with them, and it will be a voluntary prayer for you." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 858)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Fajr in Mina, then he turned and saw two men behind the people. So, he called them and they came to him trembling. He said, "What prevented you from praying with the people?" They said, "We had already prayed in our camp." He said, "Do not do so if one of you has prayed in his camp, and then he catches up with the prayer led by the imam, then he should still pray it with him, for it will be a voluntary prayer for him."
[Machine] "We performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , the Farewell Hajj. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in the Fajr prayer, then turned around to face the people. Suddenly, he noticed two men behind the crowd who did not pray with the rest of the people. He asked for those two men to be brought to him. They came trembling, their beards wet with sweat. The Prophet ﷺ asked them, 'What prevented you from praying with the people?' They replied, 'O Messenger of Allah, we have already prayed when we were on our journey.' He said, 'Do not do that if any of you prays during his journey and then catches up with the Imam, let him join the prayer with him, for it will be a voluntary prayer for him.' One of them said, 'Ask forgiveness for me, O Messenger of Allah,' and the Prophet ﷺ asked for his forgiveness. Then, the people began to get up to approach the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and I also got up and, at that time, I was the most youthful and energetic among the men. I continued to move through the crowd until I reached the Prophet ﷺ and held his hand, placing it on my face or chest. I have never felt anything more pleasant or cooler than the hand of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . And he was then in the Mosque of Al-Khayf."

[Machine] We prayed the Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the mosque of Al-Khayf, and he mentioned a narration. He said, "Shurayk spoke in his narration, and one of them said, 'O Messenger of Allah, seek forgiveness for me.' He said, 'May Allah forgive you.'"
[Machine] "He (s.a.w.) prayed with the Prophet ﷺ at dawn, then he mentioned the hadith and said, then the people stood up, taking his hand and wiping their faces with it. He said, so I took his hand and wiped my face with it, and I found it cooler than ice and more fragrant than musk."
Yazid prayed along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he was a young boy. When he (the Prophet) had prayed there were two persons (sitting) in the corner of the mosque; they did not pray (along with the Prophet). He called for them. They were brought trembling (before him). He asked: What prevented you from praying along with us? They replied: We have already prayed in our houses. He said: Do not do so. If any of you prays in his house and finds that the imam has not prayed, he should pray along with him; and that will be a supererogatory prayer for him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 575)
8.58 [Machine] Zaid bin Harithah
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ, that Gabriel ﷺ came to him at the beginning of what was revealed to him and taught him ablution and prayer. When he finished ablution, he took a handful of water and poured it over his private parts.
8.59 [Machine] Aiath bin Hmar Al-Mjashai
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever finds a lost item, let him give witness to its rightful owner and safeguard its keys and strings. If the owner comes forth, he should not conceal it because he is more deserving of it. But if the owner does not come forth, then it is the property of Allah. He gives it to whomever He wills."
[Machine] Narrated by 'Imran bin Husain:
"Once, during the pre-Islamic period of ignorance, I went to Mecca and was informed there that the Prophet ﷺ had appeared. I went to him and found him to be exactly the same person who, once, came to me during the period of ignorance, before he started receiving the Divine Inspiration. I greeted him and he recognized me, but he did not speak to me."
Imran bin Husain further said:
"He stayed for some time, addressing everybody who came to visit him with such eloquence that those who listened to him believed in him. After a while, he departed. I said to my uncle, 'I li have seen him' " by Allah he is Muhammad.' My uncle said, 'Son, I would not go to him now if I were to have a mountain of gold given to me.' Afterwards, I used to see him while he was being persecuted and his followers were being harmed, but I kept myself away from him till he departed from Mecca."
After that, I could not endure any longer, and so I set out armed with my bow and arrows and went on to Al-Abwa. When I informed Allah's Messenger ﷺ of my conversion to Islam, he did not express anything of surprise, and I realized that he knew that Allah had opened my heart for Islam. -Sahih al-Bukhari
[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, there is a man from my people who insults me, and he is weaker than me. Can I respond to him?" The Prophet, ﷺ , said, "The one who instigates is a Satan, and the one who lies is a Satan."
Behold, my Lord commanded me that I should teach you which you do not know and which He has taught me today. (He has instructed thus): The property which I have conferred upon them is lawful for them. I have created My servants as one having a natural inclination to the worship of Allah but it is Satan who turns them away from the right religion and he makes unlawful what has been declared lawful for them and he commands them to ascribe partnership with Me, although he has no justification for that. And verily, Allah looked towards the people of the world and He showed hatred for the Arabs and the non-Arabs, but with the exception of some remnants from the People of the Book. And He (further) said: I have sent thee (the Holy Prophet) in order to put you to test and put (those to test) through you. And I sent the Book to you which cannot be washed away by water, so that you may recite it while in the state of wakefulness or sleep. Verily, Allah commanded me to burn (kill) the Quraish. I said: My Lord, they would break my head (like the tearing) of bread, and Allah said: You turn them out as they turned you out, you fight against them and We shall help you in this, you should spend and you would be conferred upon. You send an army and I would send an army five times greater than that. Fight against those who disobey you along with those who obey you. The inmates of Paradise are three: One who wields authority and is just and fair, one who Is truthful and has been endowed with power to do good deeds. And the person who is merciful and kind hearted towards his relatives and to every pious Muslim, and one who does not stretch his hand in spite of having a large family to support. And He said: The inmates of Hell are five: the weak who lack power to (avoid evil), the (carefree) who pursue (everything irrespective of the fact that it is good or evil) and who do not have any care for their family or for their wealth. And those dishonest whose greed cannot be concealed even in the case of minor things. And the third. who betray you. morning and evening, in regard to your family and your property. He also made a mention of the miser and the liar and those who are in the habit of abusing people and using obscene and foul language. Abu Ghassan in his narration did not make mention of" Spend and there would be spent for you." (Using translation from Muslim 2865a)

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, the sin of those who provoke or initiate conflict is not forgiven until the oppressed person exceeds their limits, or unless the oppressed person commits an act of aggression. In such cases, suspicion is magnified.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The sin of the one who initiates lies in what they say and the one who responds is only held accountable as long as they do not transgress." He ﷺ said, "Pardon or until the oppressed crosses the bounds."
[Machine] He asked the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of a man who insults me while he is less noble than me in lineage?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "These two devils argue and lie to one another."
[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said in one of his speeches, "Indeed, Allah has commanded me to teach you, so I will mention a hadith, except that he said, 'Those among you who follow, do not seek to harm others.' He also mentioned lying and stinginess. Sa'id said that Matar reported from Qatadah ash-Shanzir that this is a disgusting and obscene hadith of Abu Rimthah al-Tamimi, and it is also said that it is from Taym."
8.60 [Machine] My father is Rammtha Al-Tamimi, also known as Al-Timi.
[Machine] I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I had my son with me. He asked, "Is this your son?" So I said, "Yes, I bear witness with him." He said, "May he not bring you harm nor you bring harm to him." He said, "And I have seen the grey hair turn red."
[Machine] I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with my father, and he saw the condition on my back. So he said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall I treat it for you, for I am a doctor?" He ﷺ said, "You are a companion, and Allah is the Doctor." He said, "Who is this with you?" So he said, "This is my son who bears witness to it." He ﷺ said, "Indeed, it does not harm you nor does it harm him."
[Machine] I went out with my father until I reached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I saw that there was redness in his head and I saw on his shoulder something like an apple. My father said, "I am a doctor, shall I bleed it for you?" He said, "Its creator, the one who created it, is its doctor." He said to my father, "Is this your son?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Verily, he will not harm you, nor will you harm him."
[Machine] "I was with my father, and then I came to the Prophet ﷺ and found him sitting in the shade of the Kaaba, with two green cushions on him."
[Machine] I came to the Prophet, ﷺ , while he was giving a sermon, and he said, "The hand of the giver is raised high over your mother and father and sister and brother, and the closest to you is the closest to you." Then a group from the tribe of Tha'alabah ibn Yarbu' entered, and a man from the Ansar said, "O Messenger of Allah, these are the Tha'alabah who killed so and so." So the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Do not let one soul be avenged upon another twice."
[Machine] I set off with my father when I was a boy, and we came across a man sitting in the shade of a house. The house had two green mats, and the man had thick and wavy hair, with a streak of reddish dye on his head. My father asked me, "Do you know who this is?" I replied, "No." He said, "This is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ," and he mentioned him.
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to dye his hair with henna and katam, and his hair would reach his shoulders or his upper arms.
[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ with my father while he had a group gathered with him, among whom there was a container of henna and a Zikr beads.
[Machine] He entered upon the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and with him was his son. He asked, "Is this your son?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Indeed, he does not bring you benefit, nor do you bring him benefit."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to dye his hair with henna and katam, and his hair would reach his shoulders or his shoulder blades. Abu Sufyan had doubts about it.
8.61 [Machine] My father Aamir Al-Ash'ari
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ : The best of people are the Asad and the Ash'ariyun (tribes) who do not flee in battle and do not become aggressive. They are from me and I am from them. 'Amir said, I reported this to Mu'awiya who said, "He did not say that. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ actually said, "They are from me and to me." I said, "That is not how my father reported it from the Prophet ﷺ , rather he said, "They are from me and I am from them." He said, "In that case, you know your father's narration better."
[Machine] Narrated by 'Amir or Abu 'Amir, Abu Malik, that the Prophet ﷺ was sitting in a gathering with his companions when Jibril came to him in a form other than his usual shape and saluted him. The Prophet ﷺ returned the greeting and then Jibril placed his hand on the Prophet's knee and said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is Islam?" He replied, "To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to establish the prayer, to give the Zakat, to perform Hajj, and to fast in Ramadan." Jibril then asked him, "You have spoken the truth, so what is Iman (faith)?" He replied, "To believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and to believe in predestination and that every good and bad is from Allah." Jibril asked again, "You have spoken the truth, so what is Ihsan (perfection)?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "To worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you cannot achieve this state of devotion, then be aware that He sees you." Jibril continued to ask the Prophet ﷺ about the signs of the Day of Judgment until he asked, "When will the Hour be?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "The one being asked does not know more than the one asking. But I will inform you of its signs. When you see barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds competing in the construction of tall buildings, that will be one of its signs. And when you see the hunched-backed, barefoot uncivilized Bedouins competing in building great structures, that will be one of its signs." Then he (Jibril) left. The Prophet ﷺ kept silent for a while and then said, "O Abu Huraira, did you mark or memorize everything?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, even I cannot memorize all this." Then Allah's Messenger ﷺ passed his hand over my chest and I felt its coolness in my chest, and I knew all that he had said.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade certain types of women, and he mentioned the hadith and mentioned it closely. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat in a gathering, and then Jibril (Gabriel) came to him and sat in front of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He mentioned the hadith and said in it, 'If you wish, I can tell you the signs of such women apart from that.' He said, 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah, please tell me.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'When you see a woman, her fosterage can be determined.' He mentioned the hadith, the hadith of Abu Sa'id bin Zaid, from the Prophet ﷺ.

[Machine] Yahya was one of those who witnessed the Farewell Pilgrimage. He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Allah, forgive the sacrificers." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about those who hold back and don't offer sacrifices?" He said: "O Allah, forgive the sacrificers." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about those who hold back and don't offer sacrifices?" He said: "O Allah, forgive the sacrificers." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about those who hold back and don't offer sacrifices?" He said on the third time: "And the holdbackers."
