BAYHAQI 5570:
from Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh —
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , on his pulpit saying: "O people, repent to Allah before you die and hasten to do good deeds. Maintain the ties of kinship among yourselves, and increase your remembrance of Him and your charity, both in secret and openly. You will be rewarded, praised, and provided for. Know that Allah has made Friday a mandatory obligation upon you, written in my presence, in this month, in this year, until the Day of Resurrection. Whoever finds a way to it, but neglects it in my lifetime or after me, treating it with ingratitude and belittling it, and has a just or unjust leader, Allah will not gather them together, nor will He bless their affairs, nor grant them prayer, nor ablution, nor charity, nor pilgrimage, nor any act of worship until they repent. If they repent, Allah will accept their repentance. And no woman will trust a man, nor will an Arab trust an immigrant, nor will a wicked person trust a believer, unless a ruler subjugates him with his fear of his sword and whip. Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al-Adawi is the narrator of this weakhadith who is known for his rejection of the hadith. Muhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari also narrated it, and the scribe of Layth narrated it from Nafi ibn Yazid and Abu Yahya Al-Waqqaq narrated it from Khalid ibn Abdud-Daim from Nafi ibn Yazid from Zuhrah ibn Ma'bad from Sa'id ibn Al-Musayyib from Abu Hurairah from the Prophet, ﷺ . This is the meaning of the weak narration regarding Friday."
