البيهقي:٥٥٩٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَقَدْ كَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَأَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يَكُونَانِ بِالشَّجَرَةِ عَلَى أَقَلَّ مِنْ سِتَّةِ أَمْيَالٍ فَيَشْهَدَانِ الْجُمُعَةَ وَيَدَعَانِهَا قَالَ وَيُرْوَى
