[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ conducted nineteen battles, and I participated with him in seventeen battles.
[Machine] Did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ? He replied, "No, but my brother narrated it to me."
[Machine] The son of Bakr presented something forbidden to the Prophet ﷺ, and Abdur-Razzaq said that something was presented to the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "Yes, something was presented to him, a body part." Ibn Bakr said, "A man presented a body part of hunted meat to him, but he rejected it and said, 'We do not eat it. We consider it forbidden.'"
[Machine] Ali approached two individuals and asked them, "Do both of you desire satisfaction?" They replied, "No." He then approached others and asked them, "Do both of you desire satisfaction?" They also replied, "No." Ali said, "You are conflicting partners." Someone among them said, "I am willing to accept responsibility between you. Whichever of you admits errors, I will pay two-thirds of the blood money and take responsibility for the child." This matter was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ , and he said, "I only know what Ali said."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "O Allah, forgive the Ansar (the helpers), the sons of the Ansar, the sons of the sons of the Ansar, the women of the Ansar, the women of the sons of the Ansar, and the women of the sons of the sons of the Ansar."
[Machine] "That Ali was among three people when they were in Yemen, they had a joint child and they drew lots to determine the father. The one who drew the lot was responsible for two-thirds of the blood money and he became the father of the child. Zaid bin Arqam said, 'I went to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him about Ali's situation.' The Prophet ﷺ laughed until his molars were visible."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How can I be pleased while the one with the horn has taken the horn and lowered his forehead, and he listens for when he will be commanded?" So the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard this and were worried. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then consoled them by saying, "Say: Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best disposer of affairs."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as mentioned by Sufyan. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4540)
[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ came to the Masjid of Quba' or entered the Masjid of Quba' after the sunrise. Suddenly, they (the people) were praying. He said, "Verily, the prayer of the Awaboon (i.e., those who constantly turn towards Allah in repentance) is to be performed when the sun declines from its zenith."
[Machine] I suffered from a severe corneal ulcer, so the Prophet ﷺ visited me. When I recovered, I went out and he said to me, "If your eyes had not been healed by them, what would you have done?" I said, "If I still had my eyes, I would have endured and been patient." He said, "If your eyes had not been healed by them, and you endured and been patient, you would have met Allah without any sin." Isma'il said, "Then if you endure and are patient, Allah will reward you with Paradise."
9.150 [Machine] The rest of the conversation of Nu'man ibn Bashir
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Verily, the example of the Muslims is like that of a single man. If one part of his body suffers, the rest of his body will feel the pain as well."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said from the pulpit, "Whoever does not give thanks for a little will not give thanks for a lot, and whoever does not give thanks to people will not give thanks to Allah. Speaking about the blessings of Allah is gratitude, and abandoning it is ingratitude. Being together as a group is a mercy, and being separated is a punishment."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever does not thank the little does not thank the much, and whoever does not thank the people does not thank Allah. Speaking about the blessings of Allah is gratitude, and leaving them is ingratitude. Unity is mercy and division is punishment." Abu Umamah al-Bahili said, "I advise you with the greatest form of honesty." A man asked, "What is the greatest form of honesty?" Abu Umamah called out, "It is this verse in Surah An-Nur: 'So if they turn away, [O Muhammad], indeed, upon you is only the [duty of] clear notification [of the message].'" (Quran 24:54)
[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Bring your children together, meaning resolve any conflicts between them."
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Treat your children fairly, treat your children fairly.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3687)
9.151 [Machine] Arwa ibn Abi al-Ja'd al-Barqi, from the Prophet ﷺ
Great good is attached to the forelock of the horses until the Day of Judgment. (Using translation from Muslim 1873a)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "The best horses are those with markings on their foreheads, and I saw seventy horses in his house."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent with him a dinar to buy a sacrificial animal. He once said a sheep, so he bought two. He sold one for a dinar and brought the other to him. He invoked blessings for him in his sale. If he had bought dirt, he would have made profit from it.
"Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection: Reward and spoils of war." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3576)
Great good is attached to the forelock of the horses until the Day of Judgment. (Using translation from Muslim 1873a)
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Good will remain (as a permanent quality) in the foreheads of horses till the Day of Resurrection." (Using translation from Bukhārī 2850)

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was offered a piece of cloth. He gave me a dinar and said, "Go and buy a sheep for us." So, I went to buy the sheep from a man and bargained with him until I bought two sheep for a dinar. Then I drove them towards the Prophet, and on the way, a man met me and bargained with me, so I sold him one sheep for a dinar. I took the dinar and went to the Prophet with the remaining sheep and said, "O Messenger of Allah, this is your dinar and this is your sheep." He said, "What have you done?" I narrated the incident to him, and he said, "O Allah, bless him in his transaction." Indeed, I saw myself standing at the gate of Kufa and making a profit of forty thousand before reaching my family. He used to buy slaves and then set them free.

[Machine] "He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses.'"

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ offered me a Jallab and gave me a Dinar. He said, "Which garment should I buy? Go to the Jallab and buy us a sheep." So, I went to the Jallab and negotiated with its owner, and I bought two sheep from him for a Dinar. Then I went to sell or lead them. 9.152 [Machine] The remaining conversation of Adi ibn Hatim.
[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , I said, "Our land is a hunting ground, so one of us throws his game and it disappears from him for a night or two, then he finds it with his arrow in it?" He said, "If you find your arrow and do not find any other trace in it, and you know that your arrow killed it, then eat it."
[Machine] When this verse was revealed: "And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread (of night)" (Quran 2:187), I intended to distinguish between two headbands, one black and the other white. So I placed them under my pillow and looked at them, but I couldn't differentiate between the white and the black. When I woke up in the morning, I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him about what I had done. He said, "That is the whiteness of the day and the darkness of the night."
" I heard 'Adiyy bin Hatim say: 'I asked the Messenger of Allah about the Mirad and he said: "If the sharp point hits 9the game) then eat, bu8t if the broad edge of it hits it, and it is killed, then it has been killed by a blow, so do not eat." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4306)
"I release my trained dog and he catches (game)." He said: "If you release the trained dog and you say the name of Allah over him, and he catches (something), then eat." I said: "Even if he kills it?" He said: shoot with the Mirad." He said: "If it hits (the game) with its sharp point, then eat, but if it hits it with its broad side, then do not eat" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4265)
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no one among you but his Lord will speak to him without any intermediary between them. He will look to his right and will not see anything but that which he sent forth. He will look to his left and will not see anything but that which he sent forth. Then he will look in front of him and will be faced with the Fire. So whoever among you can protect himself from fire, even by means of half a date, let him do so.'" [Machine] The Prophet ﷺ taught me how to pray and fast. He said, "Pray like this and fast. When the sun sets, eat and drink until you can distinguish the white thread from the black thread. Fast for thirty days unless you see the new moon before that. So I took two threads, one black and one white, and I looked at them but I couldn't distinguish between them. So I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and he laughed and said, 'O Ibn Hatim, that is the whiteness of the day from the darkness of the night.'"

[Machine] "When Allah ﷻ sent the Prophet ﷺ, I fled from him until I reached the furthest land of the Muslims, beyond the Romans. I hated the place I was in, to the point that I hated him more than anyone else, no matter where I came from. I said, 'I will come to this man, and by Allah, if he is truthful, then I will hear from him, and if he is a liar, then I will not lose anything.' So I went to him, and the people recognized me, saying, 'This is Adi bin Hatim.' He said, 'Three times.' Then he said to me, 'O Adi bin Hatim, embrace Islam, and you will be safe.' I said, 'I am already from the people of a religion.' He said, 'O Adi bin Hatim, embrace Islam, and you will be safe.' I said it three times. He said, 'I know more about your religion than you do.' I said, 'Do you know more about my religion than I do?' He said, 'Yes.' Then he asked, 'Don't you lead your people?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Then mention Al-Rakoosiyyah.' He said it so distinctly that I couldn't forget it. Then he said, 'For sure, the property will not be lawful for you.' I felt humbled by him. He said, 'Do you know the place of confusion?' I said, 'I have heard of it, but I have not visited it.' He said, 'Soon the confusion will come out of it without a neighbor, and it will circumambulate the Kaaba.' Yazid bin Harun said, 'A neighbor.' Yunus said, 'Permissible.' Then he returned to the hadith of Adi bin Hatim until he mentioned the circumambulation of the Kaaba, and it is likely that the treasures of Kisra bin Hurmuz will be opened.' I said, 'Kisra bin Hurmuz?' He said, 'Kisra bin Hurmuz.' I said, 'Kisra bin Hurmuz?' He said it three times. 'And it is likely that someone will seek charity from him and he will not find anyone to accept his wealth.' He said, 'Indeed, I have seen two things, I have seen the confusion coming out of the confusion without a neighbor, until it circumambulated the Kaaba. And I was on the horses that galloped. Yunus said, 'It galloped over the cities, and I swear by Allah, you will be the third, for it is the hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that I narrated to you.'"

The Prophet ﷺ as saying: When the animal at which you shot falls in water, is drowned, and dies, do not eat. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2850)
"Whoever swears an oath, then sees something better than it, let him do that which is better." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3781)
[Machine] The horses of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived, or he said, the messengers of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived, and I was near a scorpion, so they took my aunt and some people. They brought them to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he ordered them to line up for him. She said, "O Messenger of Allah, the newcomer went away and the baby is gone, and I am an old woman with no one to serve me. So who will show me kindness, as God has shown kindness to you?" He asked her, "Who is your neighbor?" She said, "Adi ibn Hatim." He said, "The one who has run away from God and His Messenger?" She said, "So who will show me kindness?" He said, "When he returned, a man came to him, and we could see that it was Ali. He said, 'Put her on a camel and he asked her.' So she went to him and said, 'You have done something that your father used to do.' He said, 'Did you visit him willingly or as a monastic?' She said, 'Such and such person came to him and got something from him, and such and such person came to him and got something from him.' He said, 'So I came to him, and there was a woman and children with him.' They mentioned their relationship to the Prophet ﷺ , so I knew that he did not have the dominion of Khusra or Caesar. He asked him, 'O Adi ibn Hatim, what has prevented you from saying there is no god but Allah? Is there any god but Allah? What has prevented you from saying Allah is the Greatest? Is there anything greater than Allah?' She said, 'So I have submitted and I saw his face light up, and he said, 'Indeed, the Jews are the ones who have earned wrath, and the Christians are the ones who have gone astray.' Then they asked him to praise Allah, and he praised Him and said, 'As for what follows, you people should submit yourself and lower yourselves from pride, as a person submits with a sa' of dates to another person with a handful of dates. Shu'bah said, 'My most knowledgeable opinion is that he said it is one date with a part of a date.' And verily, one of you will meet Allah, and yet he will say, 'What should I say?' Didn't I make you hearing and seeing? Didn't I give you wealth and children? What did you prepare?' So he will look in front of him, behind him, to his right and to his left, and he will not find anything. So the fire will not touch anyone except with his face. So fear the fire, even with a part of a date. And if you do not find that, then with a gentle word. Indeed, I do not fear poverty for you, for Allah will support you and give you victory, or He will open for you until the camels can walk between Al-Hirah and Yathrib. Indeed, what the thieving fears most is the loss of her property.' Muhammad ibn Ja'far said, 'I heard this from Shu'bah, and I recited it to him.'"
