AbuSallam told that he was in the mosque of Hims. A man passed him and the people said about him that he served the Prophet ﷺ. He (AbuSallam) went to him and said: Tell me any tradition which you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and there were no man between him and you. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: If anyone says in the morning and in the evening: "I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion, with Muhammad as Prophet," Allah will certainly please him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5072)
[Machine] On the authority of the servant of the Prophet ﷺ , that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever says, 'I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion, and Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet,' three times in the evening and three times in the morning, it becomes a right upon Allah to please him on the Day of Judgment."

[Machine] "He narrated it to a man who served the Prophet ﷺ for eight years. He said, 'When food was brought near to the Prophet ﷺ , he would say, 'In the name of Allah.' And when he finished his meal, he said, 'O Allah, You have fed me and given me drink, and granted me wealth and sufficiency, and guided me and chosen me. So all praise is due to You for what You have given me.'"
