[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ read in the evening prayer and recited Surah At-Tin and Surah Az-Zaytoun, and I have never heard a more beautiful voice or a more perfect prayer than his.
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Allah and the angels send blessings upon the first row.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 999)
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed 'Umrah in the month of Dhu al-Qa'dah."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Hassaan bin Thabit, "Mock the polytheists, for the Holy Spirit is with you."
[Machine] Narrated by Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, he said: "Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the rows of worshippers."
"The Messenger of Allah commanded us to do seven things, and forbade us form seven things. He commanded us to visit the risk, to reply (say: Yarhamuk Allah, may Allah have mercy on you) to one who sneezes, to fulfill our oaths, to support the oppressed, to spread the greeting of Salam, to accept invitation, and to attend funerals. And he forbade us from using gold rings, silver vessels, Mayathir, the Qasiyyah, Al-Istabraq, silk and Ad-Dibaj." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1939)
[Machine] On the authority of Sufyan, similarly to him, and he did not mention in it the spreading of peace, and he said that he forbade us from golden and silver utensils.
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Allah and the angels send blessings upon the first row.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 999)
[Machine] An Arabi came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, teach me an action that will admit me to Jannah (Paradise)." He replied, "If you can control the length of your speech, you will have fulfilled the request. Free a slave and remove the burden from the neck of someone in bondage." The Arabi asked, "Are these not the same?" The Prophet replied, "No. Freeing a slave is to free them completely, and removing the burden of someone in bondage is to assist them in freeing themselves. The gift of alms, forgiving debts and supporting those who have been wronged all go to the one who has been oppressed. If you are unable to do these, then feed the hungry and give water to the thirsty. Enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. If you are unable to do this, then keep silent, except for that which is good."
[Machine] "O Messenger of Allah, what do you command me? I am blind." He said, so the verse (Surah An-Nisa 95) was revealed: "Not equal are those believers remaining [at home] - other than the disabled." He said, then the Prophet ﷺ said, "Bring me a shoulder and a medicine or a plank and a medicine."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to Hassaan, "Argue with them or debate with them, for indeed Jibreel is with you."
the Prophet (saas) said to a man: "When you go to lay down, or go to your bed, say: Allahumma aslamtu wajhi ilayka, wa al-ja'tu zahri ilayka, wa fawwadtu amri ilayka, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayka, la malja'a wa la manja'a minka illa ilayka, amantu bi kitabikal-ladhi anzalta, wa nabiyyikal arsalta [O Allah, I have submitted my face (i.e., myself) to You, and I am under Your command (i.e., I depend upon You in all my affairs), and I put my trust in You, hoping for Your reward and fearing Your punishment. There is no fleeing from You and no refuge from You except with You. I believe in Your Book that You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent).' Then if you die that night, you will die in a state of the Fitrah (nature), and if you wake in the morning you will wake with a great deal of good." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3876)
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate in the morning and evening. Shu'bah said: 'He (the Prophet) was consistent in doing so.'"
[Machine] When the verse "The believers who stay behind" [Quran 4:95] was revealed, followed by "except for those who are disabled" [Quran 4:95], the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ summoned Zaid and dictated these verses to him. However, Ibn Umm Maktum, who was blind, complained about his own situation. As a result, the verse was revealed again, clarifying that "The believers who stay behind, other than those who are disabled" [Quran 4:95].
the Prophet (saas) said to a man: "When you go to lay down, or go to your bed, say: Allahumma aslamtu wajhi ilayka, wa al-ja'tu zahri ilayka, wa fawwadtu amri ilayka, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayka, la malja'a wa la manja'a minka illa ilayka, amantu bi kitabikal-ladhi anzalta, wa nabiyyikal arsalta [O Allah, I have submitted my face (i.e., myself) to You, and I am under Your command (i.e., I depend upon You in all my affairs), and I put my trust in You, hoping for Your reward and fearing Your punishment. Then if you die that night, you will die in a state of the Fitrah (nature), and if you wake in the morning you will wake with a great deal of good." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3876)
This hadith has been narrated oif the authority of 'Adi b. Hatim through another chain of transmitters. (Using translation from Muslim 1929i)
[Machine] "About Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, with something similar to that."
[Machine] We used to pray behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and when he lifted his head from bowing, none of us would straighten his back until the Prophet ﷺ prostrated. Then we would prostrate.
That whenever the Prophet ﷺ would return from a trip, he would say: “(We are) Returning, repenting, worshipping, and to our Lord directing the praise (Ā’ibūna tā’būna ʿābidūna lirabbinā ḥāmidūn).” (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3440)
[Machine] "From his father Al-Bara'a bin Azib, something similar to that."
whenever the Prophet (saas) went to his bed, he would put his hand - meaning his right hand - beneath his cheek then say: "Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawm tab'athu - [or: tajma'u] - 'ibadaka (O Allah, save me from Your punishment on the Day when You resurrect - or gather - Your slaves)." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3877)
[Machine] The passage translates to: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the dawn prayer."
[Machine] I saw the Prophet, ﷺ , on the day of the trench, moving the dirt and the dirt had covered the hairs of his chest.
[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ stoned a Jew and said, 'O Allah, I bear witness that I am the first one who revived a Sunnah that they had killed.'"
The Prophet, after the death of his son Ibrahim, said, "There is a wet-nurse for him (i.e. Ibrahim) in Paradise." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3255)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever gives a gift of perfume or a gift of milk, or guides someone to a water source, it will be like freeing a slave for him."
"I have not seen anyone with hair past his shoulders in a red Hullah more handsome than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He had hair that would flow on his shoulders, (and he had) broad shoulders (and he was) not too short and not too long." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1724)
[Machine] I asked Baraa' ibn 'Aazib, "What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ dislike or prohibit regarding the sacrificial animals?" He stood up among us and said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'His hand is longer than mine,' or he said, 'My hand is shorter than his.' He said, 'There are four types of animals that are not permissible for sacrifice: a one-eyed animal whose defect is obvious, a sick animal whose sickness is obvious, a limping animal whose limp is obvious, and a broken-back animal that does not benefit.' So I said to Baraa', 'We also dislike having any deficiency in the ear, eye, or tooth.' He replied, 'If you dislike it, leave it, and do not prohibit it for anyone else.'
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came wearing a silk garment, and his companions were amazed by its softness. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "The handkerchiefs of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh in paradise are even softer than this."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ passed by us on the day of Khaybar while we were cooking pots. He asked, "What is this?" We replied, "Meat that we have cooked." He then asked, "Is it wild game or domesticated?" We replied, "It is domesticated." He said, "Season it."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was in Hudaybiyah and Hudaybiyah had a well. He said, "We were fourteen hundred [men]." He said, "Then, there was a shortage of water." He took a bucket, rinsed his mouth, and spat into it. Then, he poured the water back into the well and said, "Show us and quench our thirst."
that whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he would put his right hand underneath his cheek and then say, "O Allah, save me from Your punishment on the Day when You resurrect Your slaves." or "gather Your slaves."
[Machine] They were revealed: "Preserve the prayers, and especially the middle prayer" [2:238]. A man said to him: a person who is known as Zaher was accompanying him. This is the afternoon prayer. He said: I have already informed you about how it was revealed and how Allah abrogated it. And Allah knows best.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands when he started the prayer until his thumbs reached the level of his ears.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked, "What should be given as charity from the sacrificial animals?" He replied, "Four types." And he said, "The barren (female) camel whose foreleg is shorter than the foreleg of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the clear-eyed goat with a clear spot on its ribs, the sheep with a clear spot on its private parts, the sick animal that clearly shows its illness, and the feeble animal that cannot be driven."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a group of the Ansar in their gatherings and said, "If you must do something, guide towards the right path, spread peace, and help the oppressed." Muhammad ibn Jafar narrated this from Shu'bah, and Abu Ishaq narrated from Al-Bara' but he did not hear it directly from Al-Bara'.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the "Kallalah". He replied, "The verse of the summer is sufficient for you."
[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Oh Hassan, fight against the polytheists, for Gabriel is with you or the Holy Spirit is with you."
[Machine] I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, "Pray for me that Zaid may come or bring the shoulder and water-pot or the tablet and water-pot. Write, 'The sitters among the believers are not equal to the fighters in the cause of Allah.'" (Quran 4:95) He said, "This verse was revealed in this way." Ibn Umm Maktum was sitting behind him and he said, "O Messenger of Allah! I have a problem with my eyes." So the verse was revealed before he left, 'except for those disabled by injury.' (Quran 4:95)
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O so-and-so, whenever you go to your bed (for sleeping) say, 'O Allah! I have surrendered myself over to you and have turned my face towards You, and leave all my affairs to You and depend on You and put my trust in You expecting Your reward and fearing Your punishment. There is neither fleeing from You nor refuge but with You. I believe in the Book (Qur'an) which You have revealed and in Your Prophet (Muhammad) whom You have sent.' If you then die on that night, then you will die as a Muslim, and if you wake alive in the morning then you will receive the reward." (See Hadith No. 323, Vol. 8) (Using translation from Bukhārī 7488)
[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ reciting in the evening prayer with the chapters of "At-Tin" and "Az-Zaytun" and I have never heard anyone with a more beautiful voice than him when he recites ﷺ .
[Machine] The translation of the passage is as follows: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would begin the prayer, he would raise his hands to the level of his shoulders, with his thumbs aligned with his earlobes.
[Machine] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ dismissed the polytheists on the day of Hudaybiyah on three conditions: whoever comes to them from the Prophet ﷺ, they would not return him, but if someone goes to them from them, they would return him to them. And that the Prophet ﷺ would come the following year with his companions and enter Makkah without performing Umrah, but only three things would be taken with them and weapons such as swords and bows, and the like would not be taken with them.
[Machine] I saw the Prophet ﷺ moving from the sand of the trench until he could see the dirt on his abdomen, and he was saying the words of Abdullah bin Rawaha. O Allah, if it weren't for You, we wouldn't have been guided, given charity, or prayed. Send down tranquility upon us and make our steps steadfast if we encounter our enemies. Indeed, the highest group has transgressed against us, and if they intend to cause us turmoil, we refuse.
Do you admire the softness of this (cloth)? The handkerchiefs of Sa'd b. Mu'adh in Paradise are better than this. (Using translation from Muslim 2468a)
when the prophet (May peace be upon him) lay down on his bed (at night), he would say: O Allah! In Thy name I die and live. When he awoke, he said: praise be to Allah who has given us life after causing us to die and to whom we shall be resurrected. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5049)
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said about his son Ibrahim, "Indeed, he has a nurse in paradise."
We went out on a journey along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He led us in the night prayer and he recited in one of the rak'ahs: "By the fig and the olive." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1221)
