Jabir b. 'Abdullah related that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, and he related like this.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Samura b. Jundub.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ هَذَا

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas through another chain of transmitters.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ بِنَحْوِهِ

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Al-Bara’ (b. ‘Azib) from the prophet (May peace be upon him) through a different chain of narrators is a similar way.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

"That the Prophet ordered." And he mentioned similarly.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ نَحْوَهُ

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ح

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

A similar tradition has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Abbas through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2127)

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

[AI] I was with Ibn Abbas, then he mentioned the hadith.

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

[AI] About Ma'mar, so he mentioned him.

عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ فَذَكَرَهُ

A similar tradition has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Abbas through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2127)

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Another chain with similar narration. (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1599)

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] Regarding Ibn Abbas, he mentioned it.

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرَهُ

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2407)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted in a similar manner by Ibn 'Abbas from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1491)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned him (or it) as being sent."

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2407)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَاهُ

[AI] About his father, so he mentioned him.

عَنِ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] About Abu Sa'id, he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed with us and mentioned him.

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] Anas mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] About Asim, so he mentioned it.

عَنْ عَاصِمٍ فَذَكَرَهُ

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ خَرَجَ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] Narrated to us Isa ibn Yunus, who mentioned it similarly.

حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] I came to the Prophet ﷺ and he mentioned it.

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

[AI] "About the Prophet, ﷺ , he mentioned along with us."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Whatever a people did, they will be mentioned."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا عَمِلَ قَوْمٌ فَذَكَرَهُ

"When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2407)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] About the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he mentioned the narration.

[AI] About his father, so he mentioned something similar to it.

عَنْ أَبِيهِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for us and mentioned us.

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

[AI] A partner praised him in his own way.

ثنا شَرِيكٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

[AI] About Hisham ibn Saad, he mentioned it in a similar manner.

عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

[AI] Regarding Salman, he mentioned him in a similar manner.

عَنْ سَلْمَانَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Witr (the nightly odd numbered prayer) is a right (that it should be performed)." Then the narrated something similar.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْوِتْرُ حَقٌّ» فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
