البيهقي:٣٥١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَيَقْطَعُ الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الصَّلَاةَ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ {إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطِّيبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ} [فاطر 10] فَمَا يَقْطَعُ هَذَا وَلَكِنْ يُكْرَهُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ ثنا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ

ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
