[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever follows a funeral and prays over it will have one Qirat (of reward), and if he witnesses the burial, he will have two Qirats. A Qirat is greater in value than the mountain of Uhud." Ibn 'Umar said to Abu Hurairah, "Look at what you are narrating from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." So Abu Hurairah took him to 'Aisha and he said to her, "O Mother of the Believers, I swear by Allah, did you hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever follows a funeral and prays over it will have one Qirat, and if he witnesses the burial, he will have two Qirats?'" She said, "O Allah, yes." Abu Hurairah said, "He did not distract me from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ by cultivating friendship or engaging in business in the markets. Rather, I was only seeking a word from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he could teach me, or a bite to eat that he could give me." Ibn 'Umar said to him, "O Abu Hurairah, you used to sit with us and you were the one who had the most knowledge of the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
