الحاكم:٣٧٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ثنا شَرِيكٌ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَلِيمِيُّ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ الدُّورِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ السَّلُولِيُّ

ثنا شَرِيكٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مِنْ أُصُولِ التَّوَقِّي عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الرِّوَايَةِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَى الْإِتْقَانِ فِيهِ وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَا عَلَى إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ وَقَدِ احْتَجَّ مُسْلِمٌ بِشَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ أَنْ يُحْتَجَّ بِهِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ آخَرُ عَلَى شَرْطِهِمَا» على شرطهما
