عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْحَكَمَ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَالْحَكَمُ هَذَا وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثِقَةٌ وَقَدْ أَقَامَ الْإِسْنَادَ وَقَدْ أَبْهَمَهُ بَكْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ»

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا أَحْفَظُ لَهُ عِلَّةً تُوهِنُهَا وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَقَدْ وَهَمَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ عَلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ فِي إِسْنَادِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ» على شرط مسلم ولا علة له توهنه
bayhaqi:476 – Qatādah > ʿUqbah b. Ṣuhbān > Ibn Mughaffal > Nuhī or Zujir

البيهقي:٤٧٦ – وَرَوَاهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ صُهْبَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ نُهِيَ أَوْ زُجِرَ أَنْ يُبَالَ فِي الْمُغْتَسَلِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ نا أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ

ثنا سَعِيدٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
